There is a pack n play in unit as well. Unit includes a kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Private patio includes a BBQ and chairs.

We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.

Property is two miles to the beach. NOTE: While clean, well-behaved pets are welcome, we must be notified in advance. An additional $75 pet fee will be assessed.

The bed is made and there are sheets. blankets, and pillows in the closet for the futon. Nice Neighborhood, 10 minutes from LAX, Walk to beach. We have a beautiful private room with a private full bathroom, walk-in closet and a separate entrance. We are less than 10 min away from LAX and just over 1 mile away from the beach. We have an incredible location with restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also have plenty of street parking available right outside our place.
