Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chamartín

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Muy linda casa, todo lo que se necesita y mas, Rosario penso en todo para que el huésped se sienta como en casa, hace mucho tiempo que no tengo una tan linda experiencia por airbnb, muy personal, amical y humana. Gracias

Amamos hospedarnos en la casa de Victor! Todo el espacio estaba perfectamente adecuado para recibirnos a mi familia y a mi... Te sentirás muy cómodo si decides quedarte aquí, Laura y Victor fueron muy atentos al responder nuestras dudas y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos cuando se los pedimos.

Cristina is such a lovely person & host. Always responsive & helpful if I needed anything. Also have great recommendations on local restaurants. I would definitely return & recommend 🥰thank you Cristina que Dios te bendiga fue un placer conocerte.

Carlos war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und sehr grosszügig und herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft begrüsste er uns mit einer unglaublichen Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken (laktosefreie Milch, Vollmilch, Sojamilch, Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade, Butter, Toastbrot, Obst, Croissants, Wein, Bier etc). Carlos war sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam. Er gab uns im vorab viele Empfehlungen für Madrid und war auch während unserem Aufenthalt jederzeit erreichbar und fürsorglich. Ausserdem hatte er eine Metro Karte zur Verfügung gestellt, den wir aufladen und benutzen konnten, dies verinfachte unsere Rundreise in Madrid. Die Wohnung war makellos. Alles war sehr sauber und sorgfältig gepflegt. Carlos hatte kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Schokoladen, Kerzen, Handcreme und Gesichtsmasken) in jedem Zimmer für uns hinterlassen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer). Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten viel Raum. Wir danken Carlos für Alles! Bleib so wie du bist ❤

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Nacho is a great host and the property was ideal for our big group. We enjoyed our stay.

Fue como llegar a la casa de huéspedes de un familiar. Nuestro vuelo llegaba muy temprano por la mañana y Cristina nos permitió dejar el equipaje antes de la hora y también entrar al Airbnb que estaba disponible. El tiempo de respuesta a los mensajes es casi inmediato. Cristina es muy agradable y amable, al igual que su hijo al que conocimos cuando estaba de visita y nos ayudó en una ocasión a prender el televisor. Única vez que tuvimos que contactarla porque el televisor no encendía y en menos de 10 min. ya lo habían arreglado. Los detalles de Cristina son excelentes, nos recibió con una botella de vino y pequeño snack, una botella de agua en el refrigerador (aún cuando nos informa que el agua del grifo es potable), hay secadora de pelo en el baño, cepillo y algunos toiletries. La estación del metro está relativamente cerca, son 2 o 3 cuadras. En ese trayecto hay 2 supermercados, 1 tienda de abarrotes, 1 o 2 bares y algo de comercio. Un lindo parque atrás de la casa.

This apartment was brilliantly located right in the heart of Madrid on Gran Via. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed and expected. All very clean and well equipped. The host and colleague really helped me with a tricky situation - I had to find a replacement tyre for my car and whilst my Spanish is poor, they recommended a couple of useful options to help me get the car fixed. I really appreciated the support and help. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Nice clean space that is centrally located to a lot of things to do in Madrid! Alejandro was responsive and available for questions which was really nice. We enjoyed having the extra outside space as well.

We spent 9 days here. There were 6 of us (two adults, four kids) and it fit us perfectly. The location was very good - walkable to Eva Duarte Park (2 min) and El Retiro (20 min) and close to several grocery stores. The place is great for kids as the bedroom has pull-out beds. Master bedroom works well and has a dedicated bathroom. Air conditioning works great. We would turn it off during the day and on during the afternoon. It cools down quickly. The induction stove is amazing and Carlos had a good amount of plates, silverware, etc. I would recommend his place particularly for adults with kids.

The apartment was in a great location, walking distance from museums, parks, bars, and restaurants. Very comfortable and clean.

Nous avons agreablement séjourné moi et ma famille (adultes, enfant et adolescent) dans l'appartement de José Maria durant une semaine pleine. l'appartement est très bien équipé (tout les équipements mentionnés dans la description était disponibles, y compris le sèche-cheveux 😊) dans un immeuble très paisible avec un excellent voisinage. La terrasse est bien agencée (avec un barbecue super fonctionnel), et la climatisation fonctionnait très bien (l'appart étant au dernier étage, en période de grosses chaleurs c'est vital) Mention excellent à notre hôte : José Maria qui a été très accueillant et toujours à l'écoute de nos demandes et questions. ses recommandations nous ont été très utiles Le quartier est très charmant et très calme, bien desservi par les transport en commun, et dispose de multiples commerces, café, restaurants, bars à tapas, boulangeries...etc, un dispensaire médicale se trouve juste en face. nous le recommandons chaudement !

Desde el principio, el anfitrión ha sido claro con las instrucciones, he podido llegar muy bien y entrar en el alojamiento perfectamente. El piso es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, muy bonito y equipado con lo necesario. La zona está muy bien también: muchas cafeterías, restaurantes, varias estaciones de metro, el centro súper cerca... Lo único que podría decir es que no había champú ni cápsulas para la cafetera, pero todo lo demás está genial.

Apartamento maravilloso! Muy cómodo! Jea y Javier siempre muy atentos y preocupados! Sinceramente un 10 de 10!!! Lo recomiendo !

Muy buen alojamiento situado a 15 min andando del Wizink Center, así que es genial si vas a un evento. Entramos 4 personas perfectamente porque el sofá cama es enorme. El piso es también muy bonito y sin duda lo recomendaría! Muchas gracias a Paola y Ceci por todo.

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

Fantástico todo. El apartamento precioso, cómodo, buenas vistas, muy luminoso y muy bien ubicado. Posibilidad de parking en el mismo edificio. Nos dieron facilidad tanto en el cheking y en el chekout. Los anfitriones han estado pendientes y me han respondido en todo de inmediato. Volveremos a repetir seguro. Enhorabuena !!

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.
