Very bright studio, fully furnished, with large built-in closets and a comfortable 150x200 cm bed. Air conditioning with a heat pump and a towel radiator in the bathroom. Located on a first-floor mezzanine, no elevator. You have to climb two small flights of stairs to get there, as shown in the photographs. Stylish, well-equipped, and well-connected, for a vacation or work visit in Madrid. Comfort in one of the most exclusive areas of the city.

Great value for the money. Everything is as advertised. The room is very private and the whole apartment is quiet. The host is very friendly and even offered me water as I arrived. Shower is clean and cozy. Only one thing to be mindful of is that the room is right on a large road so you might hear a lot of traffic noise at night

I enjoyed staying at Andre’s. The location was good, 3 different metro lines nearby. Quiet neighbourhood (with the exeptions of a neighbour’s dog that would bark now and the ). The room was a bit smaller than i expected but i didn’t stay too much indoors anyway and it had a big tv. I could do the check in early so i really appreciated that. In the kitchen you could find water, milk, juice, some jam, cereals and bakery. In the bathroom everything needed for a bath. Andre answered all my questions. Overall i enjoyed staying there and i recommend it!
