Clean and quiet place to stay. The location was excellent - close to a metro step and walking distance to a busy part of town. Mercedes was also an extremely friendly and helpful host. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!

Carlos was an excellent host and very generous and warm. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with an incredible selection of food and drinks (lactose-free milk, whole milk, soy milk, tea, coffee, jam, butter, toast, fruit, croissants, wine, beer, etc.). Carlos was very helpful and attentive. He gave us many recommendations for Madrid in advance and was also available and caring at all times during our stay. He also provided a Metro card that we could top up and use, which simplified our round trip in Madrid. The apartment was immaculate. Everything was very clean and carefully maintained. Carlos had left small gifts (chocolates, candles, hand cream and face masks) in each room for us. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped (air conditioning in every room). We were a group of 7 people and had plenty of space. We thank Carlos for everything! Stay as you are ❤

An unbeatable stay in Madrid! There are various places, restaurants, and stores around. The metro station just a minute away, and connects directly to the city center. I slept wonderfully, the bed is super comfortable, everything is perfectly clean and it's a quiet area with no noise. I really felt right at home. Aureo especially is a great host. Enjoy a good plate, the delicious breakfast and its morning coffee is the best. Thank you very much for everything and thank you also to the beautiful dog Peter. I hope to have the opportunity to stay with you again.

Stayed night, 4 adults, everything was nice and clean.Carlos’ communication extremely good. 12 minutes walk from Metro station. Calm neighborhood close to grocery stores and good restaurants.

Highly recommended accommodation if you are interested in attending an event at the Metropolitan Stadium. Very close to the stadium and with a metro line to get around Madrid. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. The deal with Rafael is very good.

Alejandro was a great host from the start. He welcomed us with everything we needed for breakfast, fresh fruits and hygiene products, which was a great touch. In addition, he was kind enough to allow us to leave our bags after check-out. My husband and I, in our 70s, enjoyed 10 days in Ana’s comfortable and quiet apartment. Ana tried to accommodate our arrival time and was helpful and friendly. We did not use the kitchen and dining area much, taking advantage of the neighborhood’s restaurants and cafes with Ana’s suggestions. The living area has a comfortable sofa for two with plenty of storage for clothes. The bed was comfortable, but sleeping for two required some agility since it is next to a wall. Great bathroom! The interior apartment was removed from city noises, but neighbors’ voices and activities can be heard, usually not after midnight ( and Spaniards keep late hours!) The neighborhood is convenient for exploring historic areas and transportation. We have stayed in Madrid many times visiting family and friends, and we hope to have the same wonderful experience with our next visit.

This is an amazing Airbnb and I absolutely loved staying here - I’ve stayed at this flat a few times now and I think it’s even better each time I’m there. It’s situated in a fantastic location and easy to get to most places in Madrid from there. Cristina is a wonderful host and is always really helpful and responsive. I can totally recommend.

From the start she was very helpful, giving clear instructions from the station to the door. Although she wasn’t confident to use English and my Spanish is minimal, she was very quick to use an app to explain the set up. I was only there for one night, which must have been an inconvenience for her, but she was very friendly, and provided the perfect breakfast. It was particularly hot in Madrid that week, but the room had an effective aircon unit, which helped.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.
