Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chamartín

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

Clean and spacious flat in an accessible but also quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The blackout shades in the bedroom allowed for very good sleep. 3 full bathrooms was excellent and convenient for 6 people. Strong AC for hot summer days.

Cristina is such a lovely person & host. Always responsive & helpful if I needed anything. Also have great recommendations on local restaurants. I would definitely return & recommend 🥰thank you Cristina que Dios te bendiga fue un placer conocerte.

Carlos was an excellent host and very generous and warm. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with an incredible selection of food and drinks (lactose-free milk, whole milk, soy milk, tea, coffee, jam, butter, toast, fruit, croissants, wine, beer, etc.). Carlos was very helpful and attentive. He gave us many recommendations for Madrid in advance and was also available and caring at all times during our stay. He also provided a Metro card that we could top up and use, which simplified our round trip in Madrid. The apartment was immaculate. Everything was very clean and carefully maintained. Carlos had left small gifts (chocolates, candles, hand cream and face masks) in each room for us. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped (air conditioning in every room). We were a group of 7 people and had plenty of space. We thank Carlos for everything! Stay as you are ❤

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Nacho is a great host and the property was ideal for our big group. We enjoyed our stay.

It was like arriving at a relative's guest house. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and Cristina allowed us to drop off our luggage before the time and also enter the Airbnb that was available. The response time to messages is almost immediate. Cristina is very nice and kind, as is her son, whom we met when he was visiting and helped us turn on the TV once. The only time we had to contact her was because the TV wouldn't turn on, and in less than 10 minutes, they had already fixed it. Cristina's details are excellent, she welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a small snack, a bottle of water in the refrigerator (even though she informs us that the tap water is drinkable), there is a hair dryer in the bathroom, a brush and some toiletries. The subway station is relatively close, it's 2 or 3 blocks away. On that route there are 2 supermarkets, 1 grocery store, 1 or 2 bars and some shops. A nice park behind the house.

This apartment was brilliantly located right in the heart of Madrid on Gran Via. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed and expected. All very clean and well equipped. The host and colleague really helped me with a tricky situation - I had to find a replacement tyre for my car and whilst my Spanish is poor, they recommended a couple of useful options to help me get the car fixed. I really appreciated the support and help. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Nice clean space that is centrally located to a lot of things to do in Madrid! Alejandro was responsive and available for questions which was really nice. We enjoyed having the extra outside space as well.

We spent 9 days here. There were 6 of us (two adults, four kids) and it fit us perfectly. The location was very good - walkable to Eva Duarte Park (2 min) and El Retiro (20 min) and close to several grocery stores. The place is great for kids as the bedroom has pull-out beds. Master bedroom works well and has a dedicated bathroom. Air conditioning works great. We would turn it off during the day and on during the afternoon. It cools down quickly. The induction stove is amazing and Carlos had a good amount of plates, silverware, etc. I would recommend his place particularly for adults with kids.

Just as described, everything in order. Centrally located apartment. Carlo and Teresa were attentive and responded quickly to our inquiries. We will definitely recommend it

The apartment was in a great location, walking distance from museums, parks, bars, and restaurants. Very comfortable and clean.

My family (adults, child and teenager) and I had a pleasant stay in José Maria's apartment for a full week. the apartment is very well equipped (all the equipment mentioned in the description was available, including the hair dryer😊) in a very peaceful building with an excellent neighborhood. The terrace is well arranged (with a super functional barbecue), and the air conditioning worked very well (the apartment being on the top floor, in hot weather it is vital) Excellent mention to our host: José Maria who was very welcoming and always attentive to our requests and questions. their recommendations were very useful to us The neighborhood is very charming and very quiet, well served by public transport, and has multiple shops, cafes, restaurants, tapas bars, bakeries, etc., a medical clinic is just opposite. we highly recommend it!

Amazing flat. Really spacious living room. Lovely decoration. Amazing terrace.

From the beginning, the host was clear with the instructions, I was able to check in very well and enter the place perfectly. The apartment is just as shown in the photos, very nice and equipped with what you need. The area is very good too: many cafes, restaurants, several metro stations, the center super close... The only thing you could say is that there was no shampoo or capsules for the coffee maker, but everything else is great.

Very good accommodation located 15 minutes walk from the Wizink Center, so it's great if you're going to an event. Four of us fit perfectly because the sofa bed is huge. The apartment is also very nice and I would definitely recommend it! Many thanks to Paola and Ceci for everything.

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

Everything was fantastic. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, with good views, very bright and very well located. Possibility of parking in the same building. The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city. This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.
