This home is beautiful. It is located in a gorgeous neighborhood and very private. The home is close to everything! There's a supermarket (Alcampo) within 8 mins. The mall there is nice too. Plenty of restaurants. You can grab an Uber to the city center (20 mins) or to a game: RealMadrid is 20 mins away and Atletico is 12 mins away. The pool is beautiful though it was too cold for us to use it. The dishwasher, washer, and dryer are all very convenient. Evelyn welcomed us nicely and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Alicia's home to anyone looking to be near everything yet far away from it all!

We really liked Juliet and Julián's place. We were 9 guests and we have been wonderful, with plenty of beds and spaces for everyone. We would like the house to have had more ventilation and natural lighting. They were very helpful and all our check-in problems gave us quick fixes. Repeat !!!

The house is beautiful, nicer than the pictures., spectacular. Very fast communication with hosts. Very good location, with a subway mouth 7 min walking. Very recommended! We'll be back!

We had a great family holiday with four children aged 5-10. Vic was really helpful with the all our questions and quick to respond. We were walking distant to the Bernabeu. The beds were super comfy and the house was so stylish but family friendly. Thank you for having us 😃

Maria’s beautiful and historic home was the perfect base for our Madrid trip. It was bigger than expected, very nicely designed and decorated, and really well equipped with so many thoughtful details. We loved the city, but I looked forward to coming back ‘home’ to this neighbourhood every evening. Maria was really kind, friendly and helpful. Local market, cafes, supermarket and bakery all in easy walking distance, bus connections are easy and frequent (we hardly used the metro - much nicer to see the city as you travel around). Lovely outdoor space for relaxing. Close to the huge Casa del Campo park for green space. Thank you so much Maria for a wonderful stay.

Dana was very kind and helpful. Knowing that we were traveling with a baby, she bought us a high chair to make our stay easier. The house is very well decorated and is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, and she makes a spectacular coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely repeat.

This is a lovely and beautifully decorated apartment right in the center of Madrid. It’s a 15 minute walk to the three main museums, or you can catch the metro right outside the front door. Even though the neighborhood is bustling, with shops, cafes, and restaurants all around, the third floor apartment is amazingly quiet. The host is super helpful and arranged for us to drop our bags early while the apartment was being cleaned (for a small fee). I would definitely stay here again next time.

The apartment is better in person than in photos. Super spacious. It is centrally located, you can walk to the places of interest. I can easily recommend this place. Mar was very nice, and she responded very quickly to the questions we had. In short, it was a great success.

Eyal’s apartment is in a vibrant area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is a large two bedroom, two bath with comfortable beds. The living and dining rooms were very big with plenty of room for a family of four. The apartment is one flight up in an elevator building. Eyal provides excellent instructions for everything in the apartment. No complaints.

Stay was pleasant and relaxing

We stayed here while attending a congress and it was super clean and comfortable. Nice decor too.... Thanks for hosting us! Only thing we would recommend is to install a new mattress on the single bed as it's very uncomfortable. We hope to be back :)

Excellent location in Goya. Room Perfect for a couple and guests. Room. En suite and the other with shared bathroom. Renovated and modern apartment with automated blackout. Modern appliances and ideal for a multi-day stay.

Great location to be in the middle of the action in Madrid. As indicated there are three flights of stairs. The bed was really comfortable. As like many places near restaurants you will hear a street noise.

The house is perfect, modern and with space for a large family. It has everything you need to spend a very nice stay. In addition, Francisco and Rober were very friendly and explained everything to detail. We had a pleasant experience, we recommend it

We rented the accommodation with 15 friends and the experience could not have been better: swimming pool, barbecue, garden, huge living room away from the house to be able to dance, play board games, etc. while the rest could rest without a problem. And Teba, the host, was super available and willing to help us with everything. Perfect for a summer weekend and close to Madrid. We'll be back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay a lot the house is very modern and very well equipped Beatriz and Alberto were very helpful Checkin and checkout were very flexible and convenient The area and neighbourhood is very classy and beautiful, scenery around the Navacerrada lake were so peaceful and beautiful. Definitely worth it and our stay was so enjoyable.

A spectacular place, with a magnificent view. Lots of tranquility and intimacy. Close to many enclaves whether for outdoor activities or sightseeing and cultural tours. We went as a family and were very comfortable.
