Large detached ground floor T1 in a house with enclosed inner courtyard in the center of the village and 50 m from the thermal baths of Challes Les Eaux. Very quiet residential area. Facilities for a pleasant stay for two people and/or young child. 25 minutes from the resort of Feclaz (cross country skiing, snowshoeing) and 40 minutes from Margeriaz (hiking skiing, sledding dog...). All shops and a cinema nearby as well as bus lines to Chambéry in 15 minutes .
