The owner lives in the chalet above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other guests or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Two parking spots in the closed and secure courtyard. Ten minutes from Lake Bourget and Aix-Les-Bains. Lots of hikes nearby. Shops five minutes away. Bright, pleasant and well-equipped house.
