Hotel holiday rentals in Çeşme

I’m glad I find this place. It’s a small family hotel. I got the room on the 1st floor. So I had a private table in front of my room. The owner didn’t speak English, otherwise we conversed trough the translator. He helps me with everything. Gave me all information about the places around. Moreover, he walked with me until the supermarket when my map didn’t show me it. Just to notice - in the hotel also live 3 small dogs. For me was no problems - I love animals.

This place was absolutely perfect! The home was both comfortable and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The location was fantastic, with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Nedim (the host) was incredibly welcoming and responsive, answering all of our questions quickly. We felt right at home throughout our stay. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We stayed a few days at this lovely guest house right in the centre of Çeşme. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable, breakfast was generous and the host was very accommodating and experienced, suggesting extra things they could cook for my children. The building is an authentic Çeşme stone house and it's been decorated very personally - check the breakfast area for the owner's son's talented drawings! Our room had comfortable beds, aircon, a bathroom with shower, fridge, and extra blankets. The owner was responsive to all our needs and questions. The location is a couple of minutes' walk to the centre of Çeşme. We struggled to reach it by car as the streets are extremely narrow in places and we chose to park a few minutes up the hill and walk. That might be the fault of dodgy GPS on my phone though as apparently it is possible to drive to the door. There's no shortage of cafes and restaurants nearby, we loved Ilıca beach and enjoyed the nearby Oasis water park too .

Nice place , for budget travelers.

The sultan of the house is Ms. Sevgi and his wife Mr. Hüseyin are amazing hosts! There were two of us left. They offered all the amenities for our convenience. Since they are a local of Ilıca, they offered us the best places to go. They don't settle for their conversations and energy. We felt like we were at home. We have no doubt that we will visit again. The house has a large patio and well maintained garden. Ideal for families with kids. 10 min walking to Ilica beach, bazaar, cord size. A market is being set up nearby. You can cook for yourself in the spacious kitchen and enjoy your meal by chatting comfortably at the tables on the patio. The room we stayed in was light, fresh and airy. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was shared, clean. Hot-cold water was available. You can take your own detergent and use the washing machine with ease. There is a shared refrigerator, you can easily store your food and drinks. Comfort is provided with all kinds of basic items. All you need to do is pick up your suitcase and come back. We are so lucky that we found a place during a time that was full until August and got to know Ms. Sevgi and Mr. Hüseyin. We love you, see you again. :)

Lovely location in the center of old town Alacati. Room was clean and cute.

They were very friendly and caring from the day I checked in. They helped me a lot with everything. Thank you so much to the hotel owner and employees. I'm so glad that I stayed in such a clean, tidy and caring hotel. Every time I come, there will be a stop where I will stay from now on. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much to Mr. Onur for allowing us to have a great holiday. If I come back to Alaçatı, I would prefer Mina hotel again. Great location, beautiful everywhere, walking distance to all places. We felt like we were at home.

It was amazing

It was a great experience for us. There are 2 parking lots close to the hotel, but if you are lucky, you can also find a place around it. 500 TL per day. We stayed 3 people. The room for 3 people with a pool view was quite spacious and clean. Only the room did not have a refrigerator. Breakfast is served as a spread, very rich and full. Employees are friendly, hospitable and willing to be farmers in every aspect. It is located in the center of Alaçatı, within walking distance to everywhere, in a quiet location away from noise.

The owners were very sweet and friendly. They welcomed us very nicely. The sheets, the bathroom, the toilet were clean. There are seating areas where you can spend time outside. Price/performance.

Thank you very much Mr. Levent, he was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasurable stay experience. We stayed at the end of September. The surroundings were calm, the weather was slightly cool, and it was windy a lot. Bedroom, separate seating area, dining table, counter, refrigerator, dispenser and tea maker were available. There was also space to sit on the balcony. In general, I think we received a nice service for the fee paid, it was an accommodation option that we could choose again in Ilica. I would like to mention a few points that we feel lacking; We wanted to prepare a snack in the morning/evening but there was no kitchen sink and the basic kitchen utensils were inadequate There was no shaking tea/coffee, etc. There was no clothes drying rack. There is a very available space, actually, it would be nice

Although it was a little expensive in terms of price, it was good, after all, Alaçatı is quite natural in terms of price. Price is successful in terms of performance

Great place to stay and the host is amazing!

First of all, the staff was very kind and caring . They welcomed us very well and never missed their interest during our stay. Also her breakfast was great and we highly recommend it. The room we stayed in was very clean and nice . We plan to stay again.

We stayed in a wonderful room. Everything was very clean. The furniture, the bed, the sheets smelled clean. There wasn't a single speck of dirt in the bathroom. The rooms were prepared with great taste. If I come again, I will definitely visit and recommend it again

The place itself was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely a place to go

Didem was a lovely host, full of good advice and respectful of your privacy. Made us feel very much at home. Situated on the very edge of the centre it was so easy to leave the house and stroll through the beautiful streets. Very busy at night, but great fun, and the Appartment is set back with a beautiful balcony. I slept very well despite being able to hear some muffled nearby music for a while. Didn’t keep me up however. Rooms beautifully appointed with high ceilings and lovely features. Hundreds of places to eat and beaches to drive to within 10-20 minutes. Amazing location and definitely a lovely place to stay.
