Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cervia

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per il GP di Imola e siamo stati benissimo! La zona è centrale e molto tranquilla, non abbiamo avuto problemi a raggiungere Imola. La casa è bellissima, come da descrizione! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo anche trovato uno spumantino per brindare, un gesto molto apprezzato! L'host è stata molto disponibile ed è stato un piacere conoscerla prima della partenza per fare due chiacchiere. Se ci fosse l'occasione in futuro, ritorneremo sicuramente!

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

Giacomo e la sua famiglia sono stati molto accoglienti. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile. L’alloggio è curato e centralissimo, a pochissimi minuti a piedi da porto canale. È stata un’ottima esperienza, grazie!

Wir haben 4 Wochen in dem tollen Haus von Mauro verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Alles sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Garten ist super schön und dank des sicheren Zaunes ein Paradies für unsere beiden Hunde. Der Blick auf San Marino ist ein Traum und die große, überdachte Terrasse spendet herrlichen Schatten, wenn es mal heißer wurde. Mauro ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der trotz unserer mangelnden Italienischkenntnisse sofort auf Wünsche reagierte. Besser geht es nicht. Sein super netter Hund Alba war ein von uns und unseren Hunden ein sehr gern gesehener Zaungast. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder hier Urlaub machen.

L'appartamento di Marianna è facilmente raggiungibile e comodo per arrivare in centro città a piedi. c'è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa piacevole stanza completa di tutto e accogliente. Bagno molto bello e luminoso. Pulizia impeccabile. Letteralmente a due passi dal bel Porto Canale, cosa che ti permette di non usare l'auto perchè la zona offre ottimi ristoranti. Con una passeggiata di 20 minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia.

Das charmante und wunderschöne Haus hat uns verzaubert und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Der Garten ist riesig, sehr gepflegt und läd an verschiedenen Plätzen zum verweilen ein. Es ist eine sonnige Lage und die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Auch für unseren Hund war es ideal u d er hatte sein Paradis. Rundherum gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Lucia war eine tolle Gastgeberin und man sieht, dass alles mit viel Liebe am Haus und am Garten gemacht wird. Vielen Dank für Alles. Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Very nice home. Home is clean and well organized, great balcony overlooking town center. Close to the beach. Which has an amazing sunrise. We were driving into town and Giorgia met us even though we didn’t have an exact arrival time. She showed us how to use the gates for parking. Would definitely stay here again. Many nice restaurants and shops that you can walk to.

Linda, e il suo appartamento, sono la soluzione ideale per chi vuole stare bene a Cesenatico. Linda è una persona gentile, pratica ed estremamente affabile. Ama lo spazio che offre e questo si vede da ogni dettaglio. L’appartamento è perfetto: ultimo piano di una palazzina fronte mare, con balcone su tutto il perimetro. È nuovo, luminosissimo e fornito di tutto. La posizione, anche grazie al traghettino elettrico che attraversa il Porto Canale, è a breve distanza dal centro e dalla spiaggia Levante. Noi eravamo in quattro e siamo stati benissimo. Grazie Linda!

Le indicazioni di Filippo per raggiungere l'appartamento sono state meticolose. Ci ha anche avvisato della rimozione delle auto nei giorni di mercato. L'appartamento,delizioso e pulitissimo, è come raffigurato dalle foto. Oltre a lenzuola ed asciugamani, abbiamo trovato tutti i prodotti utili per la pulizia della casa.Cucina super attrezzata . Essere di fianco al centro commerciale ed alla spiaggia libera ci ha permesso di parcheggiare la macchina il giorno dell' arrivo e spostarla solo il giorno della partenza.Avere le finestre su due lati dell'appartamento ,le grate ed un ampio tendone sul balcone , ci ha permesso di mantenere ventilata e fresca la casa senza costringerci a chiudeci dentro ed accendere i climatizzatori presenti in sala e camera da letto . Quando abbiamo messaggiato Filippo per alcune informazioni, abbiamo ricevuto una risposta immediata . Una gran bella esperienza. Grazie a Filippo per la sua ospitalità.

Pernotto di una notte per un matrimonio lì vicino. Appartamento spettacolare, pulitissimo, nuovo e impeccabile sia come finiture che come attrezzature. Quando siamo arrivati l’aria condizionata era già accesa e nonostante i 35 gradi fuori abbiamo dormito benissimo. Borgo silenzioso, posto auto all’ombra sotto gli alberi di fronte all’appartamento, mio figlio entusiasta nello stare ad osservare le rondini sotto la tettoia. Roxana gentilissima e super disponibile, dovessimo capitare ancora in zona torneremo al 100%!

Angela was the perfect hostess!! She was very kind and her apartment was perfect for our stay. The torte she gave us upon arrival was delicious. We will stay there again!!!!

Man ist direkt am Strand was super ist. Die Gegend sieht auf dem ersten Blick erstmal nicht einladend aus. Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz aber auf der Straße gibt es eigentlich genug Platz. Der Check in und Schlüssel läuft alles über das Handy.

La casa è bellissima, oltre le aspettative! E’ in una posizione ottima; basta scendere le scale e si è già in centro. Dotata di ogni comfort necessario. Casa pulita e il proprietario molto cordiale e rapido nelle risposte. Quando tornerò a Milano Marittina sceglierò questo appartamento.

Sweet, easy amd nice place

Unser Aufenthalt in Teodorano war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft ist super schön, gemütlich und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Antonella, unsere Gastgeberin, war total herzlich und hat uns mit ihrer offenen Art direkt willkommen fühlen lassen. Auch ihr Mann war super hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allem unterstützt – beide sind einfach wunderbare Menschen. Und das Beste: Antonella ist eine fantastische Köchin! Als Überraschung hat sie uns sogar noch etwas Leckeres für die Weiterfahrt mitgegeben – so eine liebe Geste! Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Great place to stay, we needed to walk up to the 2nd floor with a stroller. But couldn’t be helped. The place was lovely, great outdoor balcony that gets lots of shade with a big tree. It was a really comfortable stay.

Waren 10 Übern. nach einer 2-wö. Rundreise bei Stefano, sehr bemühter Gastgeber, persönl. Empfang, hat zwischendurch nachgefragt ob alles i.O. ist, war immer schnell erreichbar, unkompliziert, Aptm. sauber, alles da was benötigt wird, jede Menge Handtücher, Badetücher, Strandtücher, Geschirrtücher, Shampoo, Duschgel, Fön, Toilettenpapier. Da wir nur mit Handgepäck unterwegs waren ein großer Vorteil, auch die Waschmaschine, sogar Waschmittel vorrätig, Spülmittel, Salz Pfeffer, Balsamico, Olivenöl, Kaffekapseln, Mikrowelle, alles da. Kleiner Bestand an Gläser und Geschirr, könnte man kochen. Schöner Außenbereich mit Coach und Sicht auf den Leuchtturm. Klimaanlage einwandfrei, gut sortierter Supermarkt direkt unten im Haus, gegenüber wunderbares Café, kann man frühstücken mit den Einheimischen. Im Haus versch. Restaurants, kann nachts schon mal lange laut sein mit Musik. Da wir viel reisen, können wir auch unterschiedl. beurteilen, Stef. ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung. Danke Stefano

Neue sehr schöne Unterkunft, tolle Lage am Strand

Magnifique appartement avec son charme. J'étais seule, mais cela est bien assez grand pour une petite famille avec la chambre séparée au fond. Angy a été si sympathique lorsque nous nous sommes rencontrées. J'avais l'impression d'être avec une amie de longue date. Le quartier piétonnier est tout juste à côté et bien agréable. De mon côté, le stationnement à 5 minutes de marche était parfait pour moi. Il est sécurisé et à l'ombre sous l'auvent. Il y a tout de même de l'espace pour se garer devant l'appartement et s'arrêter rapidement en toute sécurité pour déposerles bagages, même si nous n'avons pas le droit. Cela était pratique voyageant seule avec un chien et beaucoup de matériel. Bel arrêt imprévu. Il faut toutefois penser à récupérer les clés du stationnement avant de s'y diriger. J'y retournerais et je recommande fortement! Merci Angy!

It was a pleasure to stay at Arianna and Paolos property. It was immaculate with every modern convenience and just a short walk to everything that you need to see in Ravenna. The garden area outside of the apartment was a delightful place to enjoy a glass of wine before venturing out to the many restaurants of Ravenna. All communications were timely and helpful.

L'appartamento di Sara è grande e comodo e avere a disposizione due bagni è fantastico. Sara è stata gentilissima e disponibile, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ci ha fatto anche trovare una torta fatta da lei (buonissima), un pensiero che abbiamo apprezzato veramente tanto. Consigliatissimo!
