Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Central Islip

We had a great time at Jennifer’s house, the house is beautiful and very clean , it looks just like the pictures , and it was perfect for our family , the neighborhood is very quiet and friendly, her house is perfectly located within walking distance of restaurants, and sites.

Wonderful, quaint older home with character. Walkable to the beach/LI Sound. Very peaceful! has all the amenities you need to include the washer and dryer. John is a very responsive. caring, pleasant host. he always answered all of our questions promptly. Great value for what we needed. Thanks John.

A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

It was upstairs but the house was super clean. We had air conditioners in the window. The kitchen was full of plates and glasses and the pots and pans were great and i made dinner! The 2 beds was comfy and the sheets were soft. But the other room was a hard bed. I gave a 5 Star review. It was so nice!

The captains cottage was amazing. Great view of cold spring Harbour and perfect space for family w kids. Went for a great hike in the adjacent state park

The place was easy to find. Street parking was easy and available. The snacks, cold beverages, and coffee/tea were a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. There is only one sink at the place (in the bedroom bathroom) so that made washing dishes a little challenging esp. since the drain took a while to clear but Wendy and Bently were very responsive to that. And overall the stay went well.

Nancy was a great host. Noticed a few issues from previous renters but Nancy put them right straight away. Very friendly, Very welcoming and an amazing host. Nancy made our 12 day stay feel like a second home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute.

Spacious and clean. There was a car parked in our designated spot for a bit which caused us to have to park on the street. Shortly thereafter the car was gone so we were able to park in the spot. A little disappointed when I reached out to Vivian about the situation and never heard back (both messaged through the app as well as texted). Other than that hiccup, it was overall a good experience.

by far the best place out of my trip to the east coast for two weeks.

The place was great for our group! Super close walk to the boardwalk in the Pines. Jaime was really nice and there’s a gorgeous hot tub on the roof with a view of the ocean. Highly recommend!

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. I will be back again. if you looking for an awsome place to stay look no futher!!! this is thr place to go!! this family is wonderfully and beautiful people. Very relaxing stay. Nice refuge away from Manhattan traffic. Hosts were very tolerant of our travel uncertainties.

Great little getaway, only wish it could've been longer! My favorite part was having the outdoor deck with a place to sit and take an outdoor shower (plus the grill but we didn't use it). Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was perfect for us and our dog! Plenty of space, clean, functional, and comfortable. Dave was a great host - always responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this listing and I will try to stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Met all of our needs to be close to family in the area for an event. It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spiral staircase was steep and narrow, but we made it work. Thanks for a great overall stay!

Had a wonderful weekend stay at Ocean Beach Bay Park. This apartment was clean and met our needs, the location was safe, and the proximity to the ferry and restaurant was a huge plus. Would definitely come back for a longer stay!

Jeff's place has a lot of character and is spacious. The setting is excellent, near the water, with Satterly Landing right down the road. We enjoyed our stay.
