What an incredible villa! Secluded but a short 5 min drive into Fano. Oasis for our week there with a toddler. She provided a baby cot and high chair. Roberta is the nicest person and SO helpful with everything and always responsive. Would highly recommend!!

Practically new apartment, excellent cleanliness, very easy to find and parking in front of the entrance. The owner was very kind and super helpful, especially in giving us the opportunity to check in late at night. Fantastic and convenient location.

We had a great time at Rosaria and Salvatore's place, they are fantastic hosts. Very responsive and fundamentally kind. We had the pleasure of tasting the pizzas of Salvatore, who holds the pizzeria just below the apartment. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and very close to the old town on foot. Thank you both.
