Monthly Rentals in Centerville, Leon County

We rented this out for our wedding and it was phenomenal. It was the perfect place. The property is beautiful, the house was great. We had an amazing weekend with our friends and family. Kathryn was great, quick to respond to all our questions and accommodating. Friends are already wanting to rent it out again! Favorite part sitting on the swing on the back deck early in the morning watching the sun come up over the oaks!

This was by far the best and longest stay I had with any Airbnb host. With 7 months of living there Jennifer was always responsive and quick to fix any issues that may have arise during our stay. The whole time I felt safe and like I could leave my family at home without having to worry about anything. The Greenway was amazingly close to the Airbnb and was where I would go almost every morning. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay any longer due to having to relocate for work. A++++ would love to stay again!

Our stay at Karen’s Place was a pleasure. It all started with a well lit, private entrance. The home was very clean and well stocked. The decor cheery and her gardens were beautiful. We will be returning.
