Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cavo

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The accommodation has everything you need and we felt very comfortable. The host informed us well and was easily accessible. Distance to the center of Piombino on foot about 10 minutes.

A great cosy place right at the sea!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The location, as well as the view, are unbeatable. The communication was very straightforward and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and harmoniously furnished. We slept well (even if the road could be heard very well because of the traffic in the center, no problem with Oropax). Kitchen is super equipped. The bathroom is also very modern and practical. We enjoyed our stay — happy to come back. (PS: The pizzeria vis à vis "Mister Torta" is highly recommended, we had the best pizzas several times. The new restaurant "Ferrigna", which is only a 3‘ walk away, is also highly recommended for the classic but modern cuisine of Elba!)

Scarlino already enchants with its sea view. If you then stay in this terraced apartment with an open view of the Gulf of Follonica and Elba, then you would never leave. Located at the beginning of the village with convenient parking just a stone's throw away, the accommodation is super organized and equipped. The objects are unique and the furnishings are functional. Cristian provided very clear check-in information before arrival and always responded promptly when (rarely) I needed it. Moreover, detailed instructions and tips for your stay are provided inside, making it almost unnecessary to ask questions. Fast and reliable WiFi. Perfect heating. Chiara is a very friendly and accommodating host. Although we didn't meet her in person, communicating with her was completely hassle-free and she quickly helped us out when we had an issue. It is 2 minutes to the beach and at the end of October it was warm enough for swimming but otherwise very quiet and relaxed on the island. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and comfortable for 4 people. Elba is definitely worth a trip.

Francesco was hospitable. He picked us up from the ferry station and dropped us off at the end of the visit. Marino di Campo has a lot of shops and restaurants. A lovely place to stay!

Very convenient and well-equipped apartment, located very close to Punta Ala marina. Great location. Antonia was very nice. The wifi offered by the residence on the other hand is not working well; however, Antonia offered me a solution by lending me a small personal box, which was very useful to me. Very good service and very good communication. In the end, a pleasant stay, a practical and comfortable apartment.

We had a really good time at the Sant'Anna residence. Ideal and quiet location, a little outside the center of Portoferraio, but still a few minutes away by car. Near the residence there is a convenience store, a beach with a discount on the loungers for those staying here, a pharmacy and a supermarket. We also tried the restaurant inside the residence and you can eat very well, medium-high price but good quality products. Booking with Belvilla you have access to the pool included, we only left once but we liked it, large and comfortable, equipped with outdoor loungers and shower (serve the headset). For those who want there is also a bar near the restaurant. Also great covered and free parking on the premises. The room was not very large but equipped with everything you need, as well as the clothesline. The bathtub with the curtain was a little uncomfortable because there was always the risk of getting wet on the floor, nice the outdoor patio to eat out. Staying here was a great choice, I recommend it!

There were 6 of us on this beautiful property and spent some quiet days in nature. The place is a bit remote if you want peace and relaxation, the place is ideal. Shopping facilities are easily accessible by car. The house offers a lot of turnaround and the sun days by the pool with stunning views from the sea were beautiful.

We stayed at the beautiful resort "Casa Conti di Sotto" and the experience was really beautiful. The beauty of the surrounding environment is simply enchanting. Our stay was very pleasant and the kids had so much fun in the pools and playgrounds. The staff was very kind and helpful. We'd book it again right away! The stay on La Concordia was beautiful and we would definitely book the place again! The house is super nice, clean, well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The house has only topped the large pool and the stunning views! ;-) Senta is a super nice host and took great care of us, the check-in and communication during the stay were straightforward and hospitable! Thanks again to you at this point:) I can fully recommend the accommodation to all people who want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature, but do not want to do without cooling in the pool and comfort.

The house was as it was listed on AIRBNB, we arrive to the house easily with the help of a person who waited for us at a designated place. The house has a beautiful green area and a great terrace to stay at night when is cooler. The living room is spacious with a dinning table , useful when you don't want to go out. The kitchen is well equiped, has everything you need for a vacation. There is a second floor where the rooms are with a small terrace and a laundry area. The 3 rooms are spacious and clean. There are many windows with mosquito nets to open at night without having to worry about the mosquitos. The only one you can not leave open is the door at the entrance. THe communication with the host was always fast and got a response really fast. It is a very confortable house close to the beach in a safe piazza of PUnta Ala close to everything.

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

Tastefully furnished apartment for a family. Centrally located but quietly located in the middle of Seccheto - practically with private parking, washer & dryer. We were there twice.

The accommodation is super centrally located in the center. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

The place is very nice and reflects the description provided by the owner. Despite not taking the signal very well, the house is equipped with everything you need to stay multiple days comfortably. The only downside is that of parking, which often, during the period of stay, was uncomfortable due to the absence of a place near the house. Finally, it is worth emphasizing the kindness of the host who gave us all the necessary directions, even recommending a nearby trattoria where we can eat typical.

Location and views are excellent. For quietness and beautiful nature, you are happy to accept the gravel road to the property. The apartment and outdoor facilities are very well maintained and appealing. The host team is very friendly and animal-loving. We will be happy to come back again.
