The apartment enjoys a spectacular view and breathtaking sunsets in the silence of the evening, super clean and equipped with every comfort. Those looking for peace, tranquility and nature cannot miss this little pearl! Highly recommended!

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

We absolutely loved our wonderful stay at Susanna's and Carlo's. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable bed, welcoming interior, the views were stunning. It was really calm and it felt like home. Especially because Susanna and Carlo were such great hosts, friendly, helpful with good advice, they even organised to rent bikes for us. Also, the dog Peppe, gave us so much love, such a sweet dog, we really miss him. We witnessed the arrival of two cute cats and how they met Peppe. It was hard to leave. We absolutely recommend to stay there! Grazie mille per tutto, Susanna, Carlo and Peppe!

Federica was very nice and provided us with all the directions to facilitate our arrival. The apartment met our expectations, clean and tidy... nothing was missing! Thank you very much, we hope to be back soon!

The personal contact with Giacomo was very pleasant and friendly. The house is in a beautiful location outside of Marciana Marina. From there you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We quickly got used to the steep, narrow road and also the access to the parking lot. We liked the house itself and the tasteful furnishings very much. A tip: In addition to the difficult access directly from the parking lot, there is a 2nd access a little further above the street. This makes it easier to transport luggage, for example.

Our stay was perfect all around! We immediately felt at home. The accommodation is not only convincing because of the great location and surroundings, it was also wonderfully furnished and nothing was missing. We would like to especially highlight Ranieri's warm hospitality. He was always available and helpful. We would come back.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Wonderful place, friendly people, beautiful views. We were a family of 4. Here you can rest, relax, think and stop for a moment. You will feel like you are in paradise. Here you will find something for yourself and your child. Very large, clean swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrellas. Beautiful orchard. You can play football, table tennis. You can have a barbecue in the orchard, and in the morning when you get up you can drink coffee on the terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment is sensational. Very clean in all rooms. The city is 5 minutes away by car. In the city, there is a variety of shops. You'll find everything you want. From here you can get to many other interesting places. Charming apartment in a villa, with an independent entrance and garden, guaranteeing maximum privacy in a very quiet setting. Excellent starting point for visiting the cities of cultural interest on the Tuscan hills and those by the sea. The supplies of dishes, towels, sheets, etc. are impeccable, the description on the listing corresponds to what you will find. Marco and his parents are loving, a welcome pleasure to have met them. Everything is perfect, highly recommended.

It was wonderful! we had a nice time even for 1 night- it was so great that we wanted to extend it if it was possible! Lots of thoughtful details made us feel very welcome, comfortable and right at home. Courtyard was sweet too. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful vacation: Elba is a real paradise! With its thousand colors it enchanted us and we plan to return, when possible , always in Marzia's lovely little apartment. Located in the center of Rio dell 'Elba - so convenient for amenities - but it is quiet and has allowed us to spend a restful and regenerating vacation. It is well equipped and extremely clean and tidy. Marzia is an impeccable host: caring and very willing to support us with information and tips.

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. The apartment of Daniele and Laura is a very good choice for an overnight stay in Follonica. The furniture and decoration is nice and the kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is excellent as it is 10 minutes by car from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

The location of the house offers a glimpse between hills and sea with fiery sunsets and being secluded offers moments of absolute tranquility. It is tastefully furnished and with a special touch of originality, it also provides all the comforts for a peaceful vacation. Ingenious use of the tablet that reports information every day to experience the house and the island carefree. Christian is a kind and welcoming person, always present to resolve any issues and to give suggestions that make the vacation relaxing and enjoyable.
