This was such a dream. If you want a beautiful, private place to relax and play out your medieval Italian fantasies, this is the spot. Gorgeous, walkable (though a steep hill) to the main part of town and all the delicious restaurants. And simply unbeatable views. Not to mention Rosalia is such a gem. I wish I could have stayed forever.

Gorgeous location and views

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

We returned to Lisa's apartment for the second time and had a great time. The proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island then gives an added value to everything. Highly recommended

Very well-stocked apartment, clean and very close to Capoliveri beach and Felciaio beach (10 minutes walk). Warm shower and ample outdoor space are very useful. Bathroom a little small, but with a comfortable shower and great water pressure. Large private parking. Highly recommended and definitely a point of reference for the area!

The perfect place to get away. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood . Valentino is a wonderful and friendly host. Always helpful and smiling. I recommend with a clear conscience - you will not be disappointed in this place and in Valentino.

We felt very comfortable in Alessio's apartment and would spend our vacation there again at any time. The location of the apartment is perfect. It is located on the outskirts of Porto Azzurro. It is very quiet there and the lively town center is within walking distance in a few minutes. A supermarket is only a few meters away. The apartment is well equipped. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. There are two great terraces and the garden is really beautifully landscaped. We can recommend Alessio as a host. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

Very welcoming hosts, great house, secure garden for the dogs, wildlife at night (wild boar and mouflon). Great hikes, nice restaurants and beaches nearby. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much - the tranquility and seclusion in the midst of idyllic nature was exactly as described. The house is lovingly and high-quality furnished, co-host Eva friendly, super accessible and top reliable. We were a little shocked by the very steep, winding and rough access road. We had a great holiday in a very spacious and clean house. The small rather little visited bay is right behind the accommodation. But here you should definitely think of sanding shoes, as there are large pebbles on both the beach and in the water. Giacomo has been a very friendly and helpful host and was easily accessible at all times. Thanks a lot!

We had a fantastic stay thanks to the hospitality and enthusiasm of Barbara and Emmanuele, who were kind enough to spend unforgettable moments with us, despite their work obligations. The apartment is impeccable: clean, tidy and well organized. Their house is well located in southern Tuscany, not far from cultural and archaeological centers such as Vetulonia, Massa Marittima or Grosseto. Beautiful beaches are only 1/4 of an hour, 20 minutes by car, such as Follonica or Castiglione. In short, if you pass through the area, really don't hesitate, go for it! I'm not sure I spoke to Jade about the reservation and to have some information, but anyone who wrote to me was always very friendly and helpful. During check-in and my stay, I interacted with my parents, especially Mrs. Gigliola. She always responded in a short time and was always extremely helpful. The apartment is as described. Convenient private parking 10 meters from the front door. Beautiful outdoor space with a coffee table, chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy the tranquility of the area, sunset sipping an aperitif or just resting. On the same, they also provided 2 wires to ventilate the clothes placed or, possibly for the laundry, which I washed by hand. In view of the season not yet very hot, they have provided an electric heater. Without taking the car you can start on GTE trekking. Nearest Minimarket is 5 min by car (not cheap), otherwise 30' there is the supermarket.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Giglio is a perfect host: Kind, helpful, reliable and very responsive. The Appartement is very clean and is lovingly decorated in a modern style with plenty of Asian elements. All appliances work and the apartment is in excellent condition. The terrace/patio is wonderful and the Appartement is very quiet—you can barely hear the nearby street. The town Guardistallo is small, but lovely with restaurants, which serve excellent food.

Well, what can I say. If your friend was running an airbnb in Italy you couldn't be more sure of having the perfect trip than if you book with Paola! She looked after us so well, we really couldn't have asked for more. Some people you meet in life deserve six stars but sadly we can't give that on this site so she'll have to make do with five. The accommodation is rustic Italian and the location is beautiful. The rest you'll have to find out for yourself but suffice to say, you don't have a rating like she does for no reason! Nothing was too much trouble, and she welcomed our children with open arms. Thank you Paola, hopefully we'll see you again!

Even before my stay, I asked if I could keep my bicycle box stored at the house whilst I ride a cycling event, it was no trouble at all. Ettore also went out of the way to take me to the local supermarket as I only had a bicycle to get around. I was made very welcome and comfortable whilst staying at the cosy country house. The house had everything I needed, lots of space to use. I would definitely return back when I’m back in Tuscany.

Perfect apartment, there was everything you need. From the balcony you can see the sea. Mauro personally welcomed us and gave many helpful tips for things to do and restaurants. He is super nice and was always reachable. The location of the apartment is great, close to the beach. The city and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Sara's cottage is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, silence, especially at night, reigns supreme. The garden is very comfortable for dogs, with the possibility of eating outside and freely enjoying the green space, leaving the 4-legged friends free to have fun. Only 10 minutes from the sea, it is in the perfect location! Thanks for the advice and help, Sara was instrumental in solving a "broken battery charger" problem by advising us where to buy it on Sunday! Thanks for the welcome, we'll definitely be back!

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Matteo's accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is very clean and nice, matches the description and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A perfect option for a family of four, for example! Really good sandy beach right next door: shallow, clear water and beach services available. The beautiful village of Capoliveri is a few minutes' drive away. A car is quite necessary, as there are no shops in Naregna, but there are a couple of restaurants. Matteo was helpful and responded well to all inquiries. Your own parking space right next to the apartment building.

We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!

The location is great both for touring the island and to go comfortably to Lacona beach on foot, the view is very nice and you are practically a stone's throw from a very good restaurant/bar. The bathroom is large and quite comfortable, the outdoor area is identical and very peaceful. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable but overall we had a good time. Watch out for the fridge, it doesn't have a freezing space that could come in handy for those like us who had brought ice cream for the fridge bag.
