We stayed at the house in Pineta at the beginning of June. Very pleasant experience. The house is wonderful, very spacious and well furnished. The garden outside, immersed in the pine forest, is beautiful. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners always in the garden. The kitchen is well stocked, we wanted was always possible. The free beach is a 5-minute walk away. We'll be back!

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

The house is more beautiful than the photo. The neighbors are good and helpful. As a traveller u have everything here you can imagine. We really enjoyed the terrace back at the kitchen. Perfect place and perfect city to enjoy. We met the owner the next day. She is cool and beautiful 😍🤭. Very nice people and nice place. We will back for sure!

Rebecca was very kind and super helpful. The accommodation is in a great location because on the beautiful seafront of Viareggio,which is a charming town. Very comfortable and clean inside. Very equipped kitchen. We came in the spring and we imagine that in the summer season the Spring plant is even more enchanting!Very happy with our stay!We'll be back and highly recommend it!

Everything is fine. We had a very nice holiday. Pool and swimming area by the sea are fantastic.

Amazing place and a super friendly host. The apartment was just like the photos – modern interior, two bathrooms with rainfall showers, strong AC in every room, fast Wi-Fi, and a big, clean pool. There’s a parking spot right near the entrance, and the building feels very safe with two security gates. Would definitely recommend.

Good communication between us and the host……some mechanical issues with the pool and window shades which couldn’t be resolved. Otherwise it was very nice.

We just returned from a 4-day family vacation in Marina di Peitrasanta. Andrea and Giulia's house fully reflects the photos, and in fact, it is even more beautiful in person. The hosts are always very responsive and helpful. We look forward to coming back

The mobile cottage (number 41) has a very good location with a touch of sea view and is located on the edge of the "floor", so that campers and trailers do not obscure this view. It's quiet and peaceful. Campsite: Moderately enjoyable restaurant, but bearable prices (in relation to the area). A fairly well-stocked grocery store on site. To a large supermarket (Conad) about 3 km. Water in the pool after about 2 hours from opening already cloudy with oils, but the pool is big enough that most of the time you don't run into other people. Sun loungers by the pool are paid, but most often you just need to go back to the cottage after a bath. The beach is very rocky, but there are a few places where the entrance to the water will not be very disruptive. There was always room in the parking lot of the campsite. Overall, I rate this place a strong 4+. We're happy and can recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

It was one of the best accommodations! A nice, beautiful house with all the amenities and instructions. The hosts are very friendly people, they will always help and advise, they take care of the comfort for the guests, even better than in an expensive hotel! It was delightful, a place 7 minutes from the sea, you can see beautiful sunsets. Very well-groomed territory, apricot tree and beauty around! I look forward to meeting again, I did not want to leave, I was very comfortable!

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

Sarah and Massimo's house is in a great location, the interior is spacious and modern, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space is large and very beautiful, full of plants and in a relaxing atmosphere. The bikes available to guests are an added value. The host has always been responsive and professional and provided us with useful advice on local products. Super recommended house!

We were here with 4 adults and a toddler. The house is beautifully located and the beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is nicely furnished and has enough space for the toddler. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Paola was very easy and quick to communicate with. As Americans be prepared if you are heat intolerant, there is AC but it never really got cool in the unit. It is a walk up so it’s a bit choppy and might be tough if you have a lot of luggage. The location is very convenient. Walkable to the promenade and many cute shops. I do wish there had been some more light in the unit but overall it was a very nice stay.

The home is exactly as described and the hosts are wonderful and friendly. The upstairs rooms are all air conditioned. While the downstairs is not, it was cool and Andreas provides two fans. The location can’t be beat. Andreas booked our canopy at the beach and made our stay very comfortable.
