The place was pristine. Rarely seen such impeccable house. Very, very clean. Very responsive. Very respectfully and respect our privacy.

The accommodation was perfect - we had a calm, quiet apartment to rest and hang out by the pool or on the terrace. From there we made trips to different beaches and cities, which was convenient. Alessandra was so kind to us, gave us recommendations and helped with local tips

Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the centre of Lucca. Lucia was a wonderful host, and provided excellent recommendations for wineries and shopping! The kitchen has everything you need. We like to cook a couple of meals in and the kitchen was beautifully equipped with very nice pots and pans etc. It was also fantastic that she had olive oil, salt and pepper and other spices. Super comfy bed and bedding. This has been our favourite Airbnb to stay in, we were so comfortable and felt right at home. Thank you Lucia for your fabulous hospitality!! We would definitely stay here again!

Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

Beautiful apartment furnished with lots of love and details. We had very nice days in the immediate vicinity of the beach, you only had to cross the dune and you were on the beach. The restaurants/beach bars nearby also had delicious food and it was virtually all on the doorstep. We also loved the furnishings of the apartment! Especially all the beach things, with mats, umbrella, deck chairs, etc. were great! The apartment is also well suited to quickly get to Livorno or to explore Florence (about 1.15h) or Sienna (about 1.50h) by car. Marina had sent us pictures in advance, so we could find the entrance super easily. We will be happy to come back!

An all-around successful stay at Simona's! Check-in went smoothly. Communication with Simona couldn't be better, she took extremely loving care of us! The tips for the area were really great and she was always available to us. Also the equipment of the apartment is excellent. From the iron to the coffee machine inc. Coffee is all there. What might bother others a little would be the proximity to the SS1 and the somewhat outdated pool. This did not bother us and we enjoyed the view of the sea every night. We will definitely come again! Thanks for the great stay! :)

The stay with Emilia or Alessandro was fantastic. Beautiful villa with magnificent views from a gigantic roof terrace. The sea is within walking distance. It was a wonderful week.

Amazing location and beautiful location

Our stay was incredible! This place is a gem. It’s peaceful, quiet and the atmosphere is so friendly. We brought our little girls with us and they were so sad to leave. The restaurant is fabulous- you have to go to pizza night! The pool was perfect. We had great communication with Sabrina. We hope to be back in the future:)

We enjoyed our time in Lucca and are very grateful to our host Vanessa who was so kind and helpful. She kept in contact in the lead up to our arrival and was willing to be available to answer any questions during our stay , responding quickly on the occasion we needed to ask a question. She was available to show us around this beautiful accommodation which is a huge benefit . She provided a list of local recommendations which we used and were always happy and impressed by her suggestions. The accommodation is in a perfect location within the walls of the old town but only 15 mins walk from the station.On one of the many old and beautiful cobbled streets. The accommodation itself was spotless and comfortable with a beautiful terrace and fully equipped. We will definitely return and would recommend to our family and friends.

We stayed for 9 days and it was great. Luckily it was off-season and not crowded at all. We really liked the apartment: traditional italian vibe. You have what you need for a great week away. Safe parking and easy to reach to. The area is really ok, 8 min walk to the beach , 12 mins drive to the White Beach. If you want a very down-to-earth summer holiday, please stay here. If you want something super fancy, then book Abu Dhabi! Fabio, thanks for having us. We loved it and we would stay again!.

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with everything from appliances to cooking tools. The cool, youthful decor has a great industrial vibe. It’s ideal if you’re traveling by car, since driving is the best way to reach all the amazing spots Elia recommended. Plus, he offered the best coffee and made everything easy with clear check-in and check-out instructions! 5 stars indeed!

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

It was an all-around great experience in a beautiful place surrounded by the nature of Tuscany. The contact in advance of the trip was straightforward and there was an accurate description of the arrival. Marcella welcomed us very well on site and told us a lot about the accommodation and possibilities of leisure activities in the area. Good restaurant tips were also included. The apartment is very nice and simply furnished and is complemented by its own small terrace where you can sit in the sun in the morning. We would love to come back anytime and highly recommend this Airbnb! :)

We had a great time in Lido Di Camaiore. Iacopo's appartment is superb. Located one block from the beach (literally 2 minutes), it was ideal to walk to and from the beach. From the penthouse appartment, you have a great view on the Ocean and the beach. It's comfy with 2 full bathrooms and 2 large rooms. The pictures are representative of the appartment. Thanks!

We were delighted with the accommodation, the beautiful town of Peccioli (!!!) and the great Tuscan surroundings! The accommodation is great and nothing is missing... the beds are cozy, the decor is very nice and in the beautiful grotto we relaxed after eventful days. The location of the accommodation is great... Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca... all easily accessible within an hour by car! ...and we only met Alessandra briefly on arrival, but that was very nice and everything uncomplicated! Definitely a full five stars and a clear recommendation!!! This is how Tuscany works 👍

We had a wonderful stay at Emily's place, it is so sweet and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub is an amazing addition and the terrace is huge and great for having a drink before heading into town. It's a very short walk away from the city walls and is in a perfect location just 10 minutes from all the restaurants and bars. This is a gem!
