We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house is full of charm, beautifully decorated, and well equipped for cooking. Views from every window are stunning. The village is peaceful, and the house has two entrances (we used the one closer to the parking), which makes access easy. There’s a nearby car park, and another a few hundred meters downhill if needed. There’s a bakery in town — it’s easier to drive, but you can also walk there in under 30 minutes if you enjoy a morning hike (a good way to burn off some calories before hiking back up to the house!). If you're lucky, you might spot hot air balloons in the morning or evening. The bell tower rings every hour and will wake you at 7 am — but it adds to the charm! Sophie was very helpful and kind. It’s a magical place, peaceful and full of character. We’d love to return!

Staying here was a dream come true! Our family had the best time! The hosts were so sweet. Hope to be back someday.

Patrick is a welcoming, available and very flexible host. He offers us a very nice studio renovated with taste, the location is ideal (1 min walk from parking lots and amenities, close to the castle). The accommodation is in a nice shaded alley and remains cool despite the high temperatures. Only one small downside, a little pedestrian traffic in front of the bay window, but there are curtains and the village remains quiet. In short, if you plan to spend a weekend in Castelnaud, you will not be disappointed!
