Das Haus ist wunderschön , sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bietet den versprochenen Platz mit einer guten Einteilung. Jetzt im November war die Heizung wichtig. Das Wlan ist gut, es gibt ausreichend Platz, um auch zu arbeiten. Die Vermieter haben auf Anfrage schnell und kompetent reagiert. Das Haus ist von einem tollen , großen Garten mit großer , überdachter Terrasse umgeben.Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besser geht es nicht.

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. Thank you Gilberto and your lovely wife for making our trip so memorable

Perfect home to stay

Ce séjour fut très agreable. Le logement était conforme aux descriptions et par dessus tout le calme de cette habitation était reposant après une journée à visiter les environs. Ce logement était dans un état irréprochable ce qui fut très plaisant en le découvrant . Nous sejournerons a nouveau chez vous si c'était à refaire 😊

Nous avons passé une très bon séjour, la maison est très paisible, agréable à vivre et bien équipée. L’espace piscine est top! Maria nous a bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible et réactive.

Wir hatten zu viert eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Diese war wirklich sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet… wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause…. als ob wir schon immer dort waren. Anfragen, wurden sofort beantwortet… Die Anlage ist klein aber fein 😊 wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und kommen immer gerne wieder. Die Nähe zu den Geschäften und zu den Restaurants, fußläufig erreichbar, finden wir ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gerne weiter.

La villa de Tania et Igor est sublime, un véritable havre de paix vous attend après les visites et le monde de Venise. Tout y est impeccable, encore mieux que ce que l on voit sur les photos qui n ont pas étaient mise à jour, vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire pour rendre votre séjour des plus agréable, chaque recoin de la maison vous touche par les soins apportés par Tania et Igor, le jardin est très bien entretenu avec toutes les communautés pour y passer de belles soirées . J ai vraiment adoré, je vous le recommande. Merci Tania et Igor de nous avoir permis de vivre une si belle expérience.

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

It was a great place, at a walking distance from from the main railway station, among all happening places of Venice, everything at a walking distance, full of hustle and bustle during tourist season, well equipped with all necessary amenities, the host gave very good advice for local eatries and shopping.

Marina was an amazing host. The place was right in the center of everything. Everything was very clean. My only complaint is that she said walk right into apt from street level. Didn’t mentioned elevator because it sounded like You walked right into. We had to drag six huge suitcases up 15 narrow stairs. Besides no elevator it was perfect

Pamela’s Airbnb was perfect for our mother-daughter trip to Venice! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from charming cafes, beautiful canals, and all the sights we wanted to explore. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and felt incredibly safe and welcoming. Pamela was a kind and thoughtful host, ensuring we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again!

Such a lovely house on the beautiful Island of Burano. The house is really comfortable on a nice little square in the town. So many great restaurants nearby. The daily boat trip we did to Venice was a nice start of the day. Burano is much more relaxed as Venice so for us this was a perfect spot. Antonella is a great host with a lot of useful tip. Highly recommended!

Don’t hesitate to book. Extremely friendly hosts, great location, and a good value. Unlike many Airbnbs, this one feels like you’re staying with old family friends—between the service, the charming decor, and the location, it’s a can’t miss.

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

We really enjoyed staying in Fabio E Linda's place. They were very kind and helpful with good local info and tips. They met us from the vaporetto stop and accompanied us to the house, which was much appreciated. The house was nice and had a very large private courtyard / garden which was a great bonus. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, even though it is only 15 mins walk to St Mark's Square. We walked or took the vaporetto everywhere and it was all very easy. Had a great time.

Le logement proposé par Nicolo si situe à l'endroit idéal pour explorer toute la ville de Venise. Accessible également à la gare et à l'aéroport si vous voulez visiter d'autres endroits et villes que Venise. C'est un quartier calme et tranquille avec des restaurants, bars et épiceries à proximité tous accessibles à pied. C'est une petite maison chaleureuse qui correspond bien aux images et à la description. Nicolo a été proactif et super réactif à tous nos besoins. La maison et l'emplacement nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous. Hautement recommandé si vous êtes de passage à Venise !

Heerlijke week gehad in het appartement van Alessandra. Dakterras was top. Mooi verzorgd appartement, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs een badjas! Ligging van het appartement is dichtbij de bootverbinding Palanca. Vandaaruit ben je zo in Venetië en de locaties van de Biënnale.

Great stay in Venice, quiet area with little to no tourists around, yet everything is walkable. Cute apartment, perfect for a weekend in Venice.

Wonderful place. Easy walk to almost anywhere in Venice, and the Accademia Vaporetto stop is just a few minutes walk away. Wonderful views feom the Accademia bridge. A/C works great even in the heat wave.

This place is really nice, great light and connection to neighborhood. It’s quiet without the usual tourist masses. Would stay here again if ever in Venice

Die Unterkunft ist absolut perfekt - könnte ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben, würde ich das sofort tun. Die Lage ist ruhig und abseits der Massen an Touristen, in 10 Min hat man zu Fuß aber nach einem sehr schönen Weg alles erreicht (etwa San Marco). Das Haus ist fantastisch: Es ist genau wie auf den Fotos, super sauber und hochwertig mit viel Geschmack und LIebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Tatiana ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sie reagiert sehr schnell und hat uns einen spontanen Check In ermöglicht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, eine Empfehlung zu 100 %! Danke, Tatiana!
