Everything was perfect

The room was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, with a nice garden view. Valentina was a great help throughout; recommending things to do, and even allowing us to check in early. I would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to visit again!

Very well located for visiting Venice by train. Private parking. 5 minutes by car from the center, the train station, and restaurants. Clean and spacious. Good communication. Highly recommended.

Paola’s place was extremely comfortable and conveniently located, close enough to all the attractions but far enough to have a peaceful sleep. Her cat Houdini is the cutest and sweetest, however if you don’t like cats, rest assured he stays out of your way unless you approach him. Paola was always very sweet and made me feel like I could lay back and relax after long days of walking around.

Such a cute place to stay for the last night of our trip. It was an immaculate and well equipped, spacious bedroom and bathroom. My daughter loved the outside space which was really pretty with flowers. The breakfast was all prepared and labeled with our room colour- even a colour coded shelf in the fridge. We took an Uber to the airport afterwards which was €17- had intended to walk the 30 minutes but the road is quite a main busy one so felt an Uber as best. Communication and information was excellent. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Thanks to Margarete for her hospitality and advice/information, train station is a 10/15min walk perfect to get to Venice without a car. Margarete speaks very good French, she is also very accommodating and smiling. Thank you for everything

Basic accommodation in a peaceful and quiet area. No fridge / kettle in the room. Everything was clean.

we had a great time. Everything was as described. We felt very welcome and enjoy our stay. Its super familiar what we liked. The pool is awesome and the rooms very cozy. You can go super easy to Venezia from there. And please don’t forget to try the pizza 🤤 ✌🏼

A nice place to stay between travel. Had everything I needed and it was a nice place to rest after a long day of travel.

The check-in process was very good, nice place with good environment; maybe it’s a little bit difficult to find, but everything is okay, the only issue is that we found out that the trash can in the bathroom was not cleared, seems like there was left trash of last customers.

The place is new, in very good condition, impeccable and very nice. The location is not the best if you want to visit the city center or travel to Venice as getting around by taxi to the train station is uncomfortable if you don't have a car. Otherwise, 100% recommended. The restaurant downstairs is great!
