One week before arrival, the ID of only one guest will be requested, the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the whole group, for the entire stay) and the accommodation tax Your data is only shared with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they're not that steep. I have a place where you can leave your bags.

Situated on the 1st floor, it has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a walk in wardrobe.The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

Marco, Anna and Asia were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The only issue is the noise of the nearby bars during the night.... otherwise everything was good...we recommend this place.

We liked Laurence's accommodation very much. It is very tasteful, high-quality and simply designed and offers everything for a comfortable stay in Venice. The location is particularly convenient for visiting the Biennale, at the same time it is easy to reach by boat and San Marco is also within walking distance. Laurence provided us with all the necessary information in good time and she was always easy to reach. We enjoyed the stay very much and can only recommend it.

The owners are incredibly kind! Frederico even picked us up when the boat arrived to accompany us to the AirBnb. The accommodation is as described, it was perfect for our stay and very well furnished! Located in a quiet neighborhood but very easy to access the livelier neighborhoods of Venice! This had all the amenities of a home with the feel of a hotel. The linens smelled nice. The a/c worked well. There were small touches around the home to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood was busy but it never disturbed us. Highly recommend this home. I’m so glad our family of 4 booked this Airbnb.

Ilaria and Andrea’s place was absolutely amazing. It’s perfect location and being right on the canal you will see gondolas and boats going by all day. The place has incredible interior design and it has everything necessary for a great stay in Venice. A special thank you to Ilaria for setting up our water taxi to take us back to the airport at 4 am.
