As advertised! Really enjoyed the place. And the view did not disappoint.

Alice has the best Air bnb i have stayed in! Very clean and modern with cold AC (AC is critical in Venice during the summer). Alice was helpful with directions and checking in and even provided lots of food and area recommendations. Cant recommend this place enough!

This charming location was better than anticipated! Location was perfect!…away from the large crowds, close to the water for walks, great restaurants and atmosphere, neighborhood feel, felt extremely safe for a mother-daughter trip!

The accommodation is a true gem! The location, with its view of St. Mark's Square, nestled in the narrow alleys, is simply a dream. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures; very chic, with vintage furniture. The terrace is inviting. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Communication with the concierge service was extremely pleasant, proactive, and very accommodating. We would return in a heartbeat if we ever came back to Venice.

This Airbnb is perfectly located. You are in a neighborhood with a local watering hole at the corner and a butcher around the bend, but San Marco Basilica is just a 10 minute walk. The water bus station and the Grand Canal is 5 minutes away. Marco was always available for anything we needed.

The location of this apartment was perfect for our family of 3. It's much quieter than some other neighborhoods in Venice, and is within a few minutes of the water buses. Good restaurants and popular tourist sites are also within walking distance. We never had to wait long for an answer from Davide when messaging through the Airbnb app. His restaurant recommendations helped us find much-needed dinner reservations and experience a taste of local cuisine. If you want to stay in Venice, we highly recommend Davide's place!

We had such a lovely time in Venice and absolutely loved this flat! Giacomo gave us really clear instructions for getting there from both the train station and airport, which made planning so much easier. The flat itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and clearly well looked after. The A/C was a lifesaver! The street has plenty of lovely restaurants and a small supermarket nearby for essentials, but it’s quiet and peaceful at night, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed Venice and the starting was a great place to stay. It was central to everything and was a great space to stay. Niko and Barnaba were great to deal with they gave great instructions and were very helpful on getting around and recommendations on what to do and see. I would definitely recommend there place to stay. Thanks for everything

Excellent stay. Wonderful location a little removed from all the noise and commotion, but still walkable to everything. The water-door is a very cool feature. It was very nice to have two sinks and toilets for a family of 4. Only negative is the sofa bed. It is very basic and if you had to sleep on it for several nights that would be tough.

One of the best apartments we have stayed at… Antonella takes care of the tiniest details by providing goodies and toiletries. The apartment is spotless and the linen is crisp. I would recommend her apartment for a great and memorable stay in Venice. It’s within walking distance to Rialto Bridge and has a great location.

This was such a great apartment! Spacious and clean, it was only minutes away from the Sites and Vaporetto stop. And time I had a question I received a response quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic. Close to everything. Restaurants, convenience store, small merchants, tours, vaporetto, etc. Very quiet apartment. The osteria has a terrace and you can see it from the bedroom. It can be a little noisy but at bedtime it closes so no worries. This restaurant is also very good and the owner is very friendly. Very well-equipped apartment, good bedding, impeccable linens and in good quantity. Exceptional location because it's close to everything. Really a little gem.

The accommodation was within walking distance to most attractions and ammenities - approx. 10-15 minutes walk to St Marks Square and Rialto bridge. It was an easy, flat walk from the Vaporetto to the accommodation - no stairs or bridges to cross on the way which was helpful when transporting suitcases. A co-op supermarket is close by so can easily pick up groceries as needed. Many options for local eateries and restaurants to cater for breakfast, lunch and dinners. The washing machine and clothes horse were helpful for a longer stay. Felt safe, spacious and comfortable. We were so pleased we stayed here during our visit to Venice. We loved our stay in Canareggio. The location was perfect away from all the crowds but still very accessible. Much easier to get there from the train station than Piazzale Roma if you have luggage (the bridge from Piazzale Roma is big and has lots of steps). The apartment was comfortable and beautifully styled. The lift was great with luggage. The only (slight) negative is that the curtains in the bedroom are sheer, so it was very bright in the morning. But overall a wonderful stay in an excellent area!

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Very spacious and decorated accommodation with taste. It is very functional and very well-equipped. Stephano is very responsive and available. Accommodation to recommend 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square.

Wonderful stay! Our host was very friendly and told us a both of recommendations on what do in the city. My friend and I loved the bath tub and sauna! Would stay again.

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.
