i recommend a great place for kids with playground and pool, clean and well ventilated house.

Great stay! It is in front of the beach of the black sand beach, close to a supermarket, has a bakery underneath the building with delicious lunch and coffee, has 24-hour concierge, all show. Igor was very helpful, replied quickly when I had to reach out. The place is good, has basic kitchen utensils, clothesline, everything clean and comfortable.

Everything went well, the place is very well structured and organized, easy to get to, close to the beaches, and the owner was attentive and helpful. The apartment matched the description in the listing, I have nothing to complain about, I would definitely come back more times

The apartment was as described in the ad, well located, comfortable and functional. Host Rosiani was polite and attentive, which made us very comfortable during the stay. As a suggestion of improvement, only greater attention to cleaning, especially on items in the kitchen, which were quite dirty. Nothing that hurt the experience, which was great overall. We recommended and would come back for sure!

I have no words to describe how we love the stay! The host was impeccable. The home was by far the most complete home I have ever been. There was everything and a little more. From coffee machine, to air conditioning in all rooms! And the view …. It's breathtaking! Only with her was already well paid the daily days 😍 God is noticed in the midst of so much nature ! We had a wonderful stay! The hosts Alex and Joelma were extremely friendly and receptive from the start, always helpful and considerate. The house is excellent: very wide, comfortable and ideal for hosting larger groups. The place is super quiet, great for resting and enjoying with family or friends. There was only one small detail with the showers — it's not possible to connect two at the same time without the power dropping — but once we arrived, the hosts explained everything to us clearly and that didn't hurt our experience at all. We highly recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

What a delight of home!! No doubt the best I've ever stayed in Guarapari! Near everything, it does everything on foot, the beach downstairs and in the best spots! No doubt a great location!! The house and like this one in the photos, the bathrooms and large bedrooms, has everything you need utensils, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room, and not to mention the charm of the pool!! Our stay at Apê do Vitor exceeded expectations! Spacious, convenient and comfortable, perfectly accommodated 12 adults and one child. The location is excellent: in the calmer part of Praia do Morro, ideal for rest, but with easy access to bakeries, restaurants and shops. Vitor was attentive from start to finish, always helpful and ready to help, even after the trip, asking what the experience was like. The apê is well cared for, cleaned and had everything we needed. Everyone in the group was very pleased. We will indicate whenever possible and when I return to Guarapari, I already know where to stay!

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

Apartment just like the photos, very cozy and a great space, it's just the house with the furniture so you'll have to take everything to me, it wasn't a problem, just the kitchen that had the basics as he had already said, but missing a rice drainer that would be very useful and some basic bowls also to use in the kitchen, the bathroom was organized but it was clear that the cleaning was not very up to date because the floor and the walls were a little greasy and darkening, but the space and the apartment is very cozy, we will definitely come back again because we liked it a lot, close to the beach, supermarket, restaurant, and pharmacy nearby.
