Holiday rentals with a patio in State of Espírito Santo

Our stay in this apartment was great! The space was spacious, decorated with a lot of style for a perfect vacation. The location is privileged, with easy access to supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry and others. In addition, the cleanliness and organization of the apartment were impeccable. I highly recommend it for those looking for comfort and practicality during their vacation! And the pool and hot tub are a show in themselves.

Great location, flexible check-in, the apartment was impeccable, bedding, towels, equipped kitchen. Our stay was super nice!! The hostess, Liliane, answered all questions quickly and clearly.

The stay was just amazing. The apartment is very well located, has everything close from laundry to restaurants, bakeries and market, is a block from the edge of Itaparica beach, the location is perfect. The apartment is extremely beautiful, very cozy, has everything we need, as well as being mega clean and structured. The host is very sweet, sends a PDF with indications of everything around it and how the building's rules work. I intend to come back more often!!!

Communication with Soelda was clear and friendly from the start. The apartment fulfills its functions well and everything corresponds to the description. The location is close to interesting points of the city and it is possible to do several tasks on foot. I especially mention the kindness and proactivity of the condominium staff. I recommend it!

Hosting was great. Ideal for "off" and relax. The house was super clean and with new utensils and smelling bedding. All is done with great affection. Our children loved the space to explore, run and play. They also adored the "Fred" (puppy) who lives there. Caesar and his parents were super attentive. We look forward to coming back soon!!! Veronica's apartment is exactly like the pictures. All very clean and organized. The location is excellent, with many nearby shops, in addition to being about 100m from the beachfront. The suite and the living room has a direct view of the sea, which makes the site even more elegant. Verônica was also super solicitous throughout the accommodation, sending several tips also from the city and the gastronomy. It's well worth it! Thank you Veronica. If we return one day to Vila Velha, our first option will be your apartment!

The only bad thing was the time to say goodbye. Three days go by too quickly, apartment exactly as advertised, Lorraine very attentive to me and Graciete, a wonderful person.

Cintia was a excellent host. He responded promptly and cleared all my doubts regarding the reservation. Very understanding and patient with a setback I had before check-in.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.
