Very clean and equipped house. All environments are very pleasant. Very good barbecue area. Great for leisure days with the family. The host and his wife were very attentive and helpful.

We loved staying at Phelipe's house. We went with our Golden Retriever and were very well received. We will return at other times.

The house is amazing! We were 3 couples and the structure was perfect for us: three super comfortable suites upstairs and another bedroom with a demi-suite on the ground floor, ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs. The house is beautiful, functional and very well equipped — freezer, refrigerator, beer display... everything thought out in the smallest details for a 5-star stay. We adored every moment and would surely be back!

We love the property of Mr. Francisco, which is located near Praia da Areia Preta, markets, pharmacies and restaurants/bars. It is spacious, comfortable, clean, well furnished and equipped. It has air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms/suites, and 4 bathrooms in total. Gourmet area with barbecue and small pool. Good garage with electronic gate. Flexible hours for entry and departure, accepts pet. Mrs. Maria Regina was friendly, polite, helpful and responded quickly to contacts and Branca welcomed us very well. In the rooms, excellent quality toiletries, as well as bed and bath linen. There were chocolates in the kitchen when we arrived, which we liked. Tip: update your tv-box appliances or exchange TVs for recent TVs smarts. Finally, I would like to emphasize that the house is very good, even better than in the pictures, and that we had pleasant days in it. We will return as soon as possible.

It was the place we needed: simple and extremely quiet, ideal for resting at night. And waking up to the birds singing and the sound of the sea in the background is priceless....speechless!!!!

Terrace with goumet area covered with lavabo plus a large uncovered area. Very wide property and with a beautiful view of the sea towards the rising sun in almost all rooms. Beautifully airy rooms and both rooms with good quality split air conditioners. Well-equipped kitchen. Very well located 210m from Adventistas beach with easy access to the other beaches of the region.

Excellent space! My wife and I loved the place near the beach, a quiet beach that you could enjoy well, clean and cozy space! The host Priscilla, a super attentive person, gave us recommendations for nearby places, but the best host was Yaco, who accompanied us to the beach and did not let us drown kkkkk you need to meet him! Super recommend hosting.

Cozy house with suites and air conditioning, easy access to the beaches. The property features a well-equipped kitchen and living room, comfortable beds and clothing storage space. There is also the option of having an extremely attentive and communicative person who can clean the house and prepare breakfast. Note: It is not ideal for those who wish to bring pets, as the space is not suitable for the comfort of the animals to keep the house clean. Overall an excellent stay option!

Excelente casa

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. We look forward to returning soon!

Wonderful place for lodging, very quiet the neighborhood, and it has everything that is necessary for daily life, close to everything and with great prices, people are super friendly, have several beaches nearby and are beautiful the water is very clear. Elisa was super understanding with everything and indicated wonderful places to go.. We had a wonderful experience at this stay in Guarapari during the Holy Week holiday! Since the time of arrival, we were greeted with great affection — the hostess surprised us with a super special treat: an Easter egg that made our day even sweeter and more welcoming. The house is simply charming, decorated with very good taste in a rustic style that conquered us right away. Everything was impeccable, organized and prepared to make us feel at home. Me and my friends were extremely pleased with every detail of the stay and, without a doubt, we indicated with our eyes closed! We are already nostalgic and we will definitely be back.
