Very good space for those traveling with pets, a major reason for choosing the stay. It has a large yard, a very well-equipped kitchen, and new, good mattresses. The location is very quiet, less than 5 minutes by car from good restaurants in Meaípe and the most beautiful ones we know in the Guarapari region.

Such a wonderful experience!! Amazing and very available hosts… very attentive Bianca, sir. Valfrido and Mrs. Leia are always welcome the three of them are a well of education and kindness. The place is beautiful the house is very well located!! The structure of the house is impeccable, it was an amazing week with my whole family, children, teenagers, adults and the house served everyone, in addition to being very cozy and with a house face even had all the necessary apparatus to meet the demand of a super family in addition to being super clean for our arrival!! I am exactly grateful for this enjoyable experience that I had with my family, thank you Bianca, Leia and Valfrido you have turned this week into an even more special time, we will definitely be back!!

The accommodation was peaceful. Bakery, restaurants, distributors, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Very airy and safe house.

Staying at Karla’s place has been nothing short of amazing. For starters, she was very proactive to help us do our check in despite us arriving much later than planned. And during our stay, she was extremely kind and responsive whenever we needed help. The little dependence where we stayed was perfect to have privacy and a peaceful stay while enjoying the beach nearby during the semana santa. We even ended up extending our stay!

The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

Beautiful apartment, cozy, spotless! Sandra was careful to make everything clean and organized for us! The location is great, and the view from the balcony to the sea is wonderful! I was very pleased to be able to provide some comfort for my parents through Sandra's Apê! I will definitely indicate and come back more often!

Excellent accommodation, exceeded expectations. Great barbecue area, ocean view, full kitchen. Andre always answered our questions quickly. Very well located, we didn't even take the car out of the garage. I definitely recommend it.

Jalusa was very attentive and flexible with the check-in time. The apartment is complete, beautiful, clean and with an amazing view, right in front of Praia do Morro. Following the entrance and exit guidelines given by the doorman, there is nothing to worry about. As it is a residential building, the rules are a bit strict, but it's well explained.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
