The house is cozy and well stocked with everything you need. There are plenty of breakfast options. Perfect cleanliness. The host is available and kind. The apartment is in a suburban area but is 15 minutes from the center of Pescara, there is a shopping center a short distance away.

Sergio was a fantastic host! He welcomed us with a smile in the house, offering us the exquisite harvest of his garden. In the house there was water, coffee, croissants and milk as well as numerous spices and oil. The house was very clean and very spacious. After three days, the towels were also changed. Sergio gave us information about the area and restaurants in the vicinity. Absolutely recommended!

Miguel is great always helpful I highly recommend his apartment

The apartment is small like described but very clean and functional. I was surprised that it’s located inside a doctors place but that didn’t bother me at all :) there’s a bus running to the central station but it’s far from the beach. However I would recommend the apartment!
