Family-friendly holiday rentals in Cascade-Chipita Park

The location is spot on with beautiful views of the mountains, within easy driving distance of many attractions and beautiful drives. The cabin is cozy but spacious with good amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and deck.

I recently stayed with my family, we were there to celebrate my Cadet, he graduated from the airforce academy, we loved the house, the set up. it a wonderful stay. will recommend to anyone. the drive to base was not bad at all. we got extra early and still had plenty of time. we loved the firepit outdoor area in the backyard and the hotub was a hit! Thank you for making your home a special memorable moment for our family.

Our stay was relaxing and the cabin/views are absolutely beautiful!! The kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to stay in for a meal if you decide to. We would love to come back some day!

Grayson’s air bnb was amazing, we loved the views and the hot tub was a perfect touch, not to mention everything was clean! Only thing we regretted was not booking a longer stay! Definitely would recommend it, it was a great time and we plan to come back soon!

Lovely place and host! Would absolutely recommend staying with Jacquie! What jumped put for us was the perfect location close to all the tourist highlights and the possibilities to go outdoors (hottub, firepit, park directly accessible from the backyard. Just great!

The remote check-in/out was very easy and I found it as a plus. The house was as pictured and described. Everything that you may need has been thought of and provided. The furnishings were plentiful and comfortable. The backyard is set up nicely. We had some windy and rainy conditions for our stay. This limited our outdoor time, but we were able to enjoy the fire pit and dining table. The basement game room was very nice was a great addition considering the weather. Multiple games of Ping-Pong were played as well as on the arcade machine. We would stay here again if available during future visits to the area.

We stayed at the purple cottage for a girls' weekend and our favorite parts were the outdoor space, which featured many places to relax and enjoy the view, and the location, which just seemed to be ten minutes or less from everywhere we wanted to visit. The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was clean, spacious and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and Rachel was a friendly, responsive host.

Such a peaceful place to stay. I loved visiting the horses, donkeys, pigs, barn cats and the wild ones that showed up to graze. The view with Pikes Peak in the background was gorgeous! Enjoy a cup of coffee with a relaxing view. It’s about 30 minutes to Monument, Elizabeth and Franktown. Had everything I could need to cook meals and sleep well in the bed. Hodge Podge Lodge had so many fun things to do. From the board games, old arcade game, air hockey table, Keurig coffee in every living & entertainment space, WiFi (although minimal), beautiful trails, look out point, swings & so much more!

Beth‘s house is spotlessly clean and she was very quick to respond to any questions. The house is very spacious and was very comfortable. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The neighborhood is in old Colorado city and walkable to the main shopping and restaurant area. We felt very safe in the area and it’s a friendly neighborhood. The off street parking was great. We loved sitting on the porch when we weren’t out and about or the patio, which is also very nice. It was without a doubt one of the best Airbnb‘s I have stayed at and would definitely stay again when visiting my daughter in Colorado Springs.

We had a wonderful stay for or Thanksgiving vacation! We were there 5 days and it was great. It even snowed on us! The view from the living room windows was absolutely breathtaking! We will defiantly stay again!

This was our second time staying in this cute cottage. The neighborhood is quaint and close to greenway trails and Colorado College. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and enjoyed sitting in the porch.

Wonderful stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient location. Loved that we could open the windows as is on second floor. Loved the comfy beds. Not a lot of kitchen pots and utensils if you plan to do much cooking while there.

We had a wonderful stay in Colorado Springs. The home had incredible views and was conveniently located near world class hiking and great restaurants. The home is very private and has many spaces to relax—we loved the patio and rooftop deck. The home was perfectly clean and was well-stocked. This is a great place for a large or small group and we loved our stay.

I live In Colorado Springs but wanted an airbnb to stay at with some friends coming in town for my birthday, and Lori's place was absolutely amazing! It is so peaceful with the beautiful garden and patio furniture outside of the house, and the inside was great and a lot bigger than I had originally thought! She was very friendly and intentional, and very responsive when I had some questions to find some things and even came out to check on us and meet us 😊 I went on a walk myself around the area and it felt very safe and peaceful, very close to a lot downtown which is super nice! Especially being from Colorado, this is a great find for all she offers and for the location where it is at downtown. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely stay with Lori again!

We had a great time. We travel to Colorado to see our son and often it is running to planned outings. We relaxed for two days o enjoy the outdoors and one another. Best visit yet!

You can't get much closer to Garden of the Gods which makes it easy to go there for sunrise or sunset if you want. And Old Colorado City is just down the road. Getting groceries is easy with Safeway just 5 minutes away. In other words this place has location, location, location. All that, and yet, its on a quiet residential street. Beds have a mattress topper which I like since I sleep on side. But they aren't overly soft if you prefer firm. Very comfortable linens. Bathroom is small with a low commode, but the shower is nice and hot with a good stream. Serviceable kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans for stove top. Just a cookie sheet for oven use. And there were 2 ice trays in the freezer which I especially liked having. Streaming my own shows at nights was super easy. All in all a nice place to stay. Thanks!

We stayed here due to its proximity to our daughter’s home, and we are so happy we did. The house was clean, bright, and comfortable with foosball, cornhole, and other games for all to play. The small deck overlooking the backyard made it even nicer. Parking is so simple right out front, and it’s so easy to hop on a roadway to take you anywhere around the Springs. A large supermarket is only 2 blocks away—very convenient. Definitely a nice place to stay while in Colorado Springs.

Austin has thought of everything you might need for your stay. He has put thought, time and creativity into each room and the landscaping. He is a true artist. We had a great time doing the treasure hunt , with a valuable treasure at the end. It is truly a unique Airbnb experience. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the Springs!

We felt right at home the moment that we arrived. Julie's home was immaculate and extremely cozy. The mountain views are unbeatable and we even had some deer come through the yard the morning we checked out. Thank you so much for making your home accessible to visitors. Wendy and John’s place is one of the nicest well appointed houses we’ve ever stayed in! We typically cook a lot when we go away, especially if we have the family and grandbabies along - and Wendy and John’s kitchen had everything and more that we could have ever wanted to use! They left lots of snacks for us too with a well stacked pantry as well. Lots of games and toddler toys were also appreciated! I would recommend this house to anyone who wanted to visit the Colorado Springs area! And the view of Pikes Peak can’t be beat! Thank you Wendy and John for everything and for being so attentive!
