Fantastic stay !!! We were 3 people who stayed here for 5 nights. Located just 30 minutes outside Bologna up in the mountains with an unparalleled view. We each had a bedroom that was cool despite the heat outside. Luxurious with 2 bathrooms with both shower and toilet when you are several. There is everything you need and even a washing machine if you are there for a long time and need to wash. Every morning, freshly baked goodies were left outside our door, arranged by the gentleman who owns the house. Incredibly calm and peaceful, and the only thing you hear throughout the day is the chirping of the various birds. We'd love to come back here❤️

A location immersed in the countryside with a huge garden, ideal for children. The house had all the comforts and we had a great time. Excellent location, only 18 km from Bologna. Tiziana is very kind and always available. Recommended!

Guests who book the house should know that it is about four kilometers from the town, up the hill. It didn't bother us because we had a car, but you have to know that.

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

Accommodation surrounded by nature, spacious... with everything you need for a vacation of a few days. Beautiful surroundings and great for a hike in the woods around you... narrow and steep access road but accessible by car... necessary to get around... immersed in a small, very quiet village... Agata... very kind and helpful

the house is very spacious and has everything you need. Martina had given clear instructions on how to enter. We were actually way too early, but that was no problem at all. The road/path to the house is quite steep. Because it was quite warm, we spent a wonderful day with a book under the fig tree on the terrace, overlooking the valley. In short, a wonderful place to take a breather.

We had a wonderful stay at Marco’s place. The house is beautiful, very spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and more, especially in the kitchen — fully equipped and thoughtfully prepared. The entire home was spotless and well-maintained. The garden is absolutely stunning and the views are breathtaking. Communication with Marco was excellent throughout. We’re truly glad we found this place — we only wish we could have stayed a few more days!

We had the best time! The pool was fabulous. And the pasta night was so much fun!

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Wonderful place in a beautiful location. Several well-kept and restored accommodations with passion and expertise, immersed in greenery overlooking the valleys between Romagna and Tuscany. Perfect whether you want to relax or walk through villages and woods. Highly recommended.

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

Stayed for a few days as i was visiting the race circuit at Imola. Perfect for that, about 25 min drive direct to the Aqua Minerali entrance. Set up on a hillside , very peaceful and beautiful. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t eat at any restaurants as i ate at the circuit and cooked at the house. There is a small supermarket in the town 10 mins away for all your supplies. Lovely to eat outside amongst the trees. Highly recommend if you visiting this beautiful part of Italy.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and felt private and peaceful — just what we were looking for. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Situated in a neighborhood outside the central city, the apartment is located on one bus line with 3 others in very close proximity, all of which get you to the city center in :20 on a very frequent schedule. There is a ‘green grocer’ right next door, plus some neighborhood restaurants and easy access to a very good grocery. Maury, the host, was absolutely wonderful. Her response times were phenomenal, always with kindness and care. The apartment itself is as pictured, very comfortable and clean. We stayed one month and it was more than adequate for two. Three or four people would work also of she offers that option. There is natural light, however the windows do have a frosted covering for privacy, but they are large and have the wonderful two stage opening of European windows so fresh air is plentiful too. Overall, a wonderful, comfortable stay.

Francesco was excellent, answering his texts promptly and fulfilling our needs. Great host. Coffee Bar & Market both within 3 minute walk. We like walking so the walk into the main part of town was no issue. Would recommend staying here.

Such an incredible location! We had an amazing stay. Alessandra and Ludovico were brilliant hosts, so friendly and welcoming. They helped us organise e-bikes and gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. We will be back!

Very quiet and relaxed place very good to get away from it all

We can absolutely recommend this place! We had a wonderful stay in Federica's beautiful appartment. Federica & Davide are very friendly & nice hosts. The appartment was super clean and stylish. We have 3 little children and felt very comfortable there. Thank you very much Federica, Davide & Lea!

My stay was excellent! Laura handled so many details and was very helpful when the airline lost my luggage. The house is decorated with tasteful art and has a nice collection of literature both fun and challenging in English and Italian. Her pets were adorable and friendly. Sasso Marconi is also a charming little area with everything you need for dinner out or at home, a picnic, or a hike.

Very nice location and the flat was very comfortable. The experience from booking until check out was easy and perfect.

We had a lovely stay. Check in was easy. Parking space directly on the premises. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We lacked nothing. The proximity to the city is definitely a plus. There is a bus stop just around the corner. However, we walked, which was also quite feasible. Since we traveled with a dog, the fenced garden was really great. The only minor criticism: for the price, the garden could have been a little tidier. We can definitely recommend the accommodation for a short trip to Bologna and would come back. :)
