This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

Nous y avons passés deux nuits, tout était au top! Le jacuzzi avec vue sur les montagnes est un bon plus et si vous y allez en été vous pourrez profiter des fruits qui poussent sur place. Il y a aussi un couple de voisins, qui sont absolument adorable et avec qui tout c'est bien passé.

Ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il centro di Bologna sia se, come noi, si va all’unipol arena per un concerto. Zona tranquilla, fornita di mezzi di trasporto, negozi e supermercati. Noi abbiamo conosciuto Sara come host ed è stata gentilissima e disponibile, la casa un vero gioiello, impeccabile e pulitissima.

Words cannot explain how beautiful this home is! From the warm fireplace to the beautiful furnishings and feel of the home, we loved EVERYTHING about it. Tiziano was so helpful with recommendations and we can’t wait to come visit again and share a bottle of wine with him next time. 10/10 would recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a small town home with plenty of small local places to eat/drink.

Ein besonderer Ort. Einfach Wow. Wir haben im „Garten“ von Christina sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Loft ist etwas ganz besonderes. Sehr künstlerisch eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Einzig das Bett ist etwas, was ich nicht vermissen werde 😉 Unsere Kinder haben die Fläche genutzt und den gesamten Garten zu erkunden. Immer wieder gab es was Neues zu entdecken. Wir waren Mitte Juni hier, sodass wir „nur“ Salat und Erdbeeren aus dem Garten pflücken konnten. Diese waren aber sehr lecker. Der Pool ist riesengroß. Uns hat es viel Spaß gemacht diesen für uns alleine nutzen zu können. Es war sehr ruhig und Christina hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür. Sollten wir wieder in der Nähe sein, kommen wir bestimmt wieder. Grazie mille!!

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

I proprietari hanno mostrato una disponibilità incredibile, oltre ad una gentilezza che non sempre si trova. Sono stati anche molto pazienti e disponibili per imprevisti e cambi organizzativi comunicati con poco anticipo. Abbiamo trovato la casa comoda, pulita e accogliente. Ci sono stati messi a disposizione servizi e comodità di ogni tipo (frigo pieno, tantissime vivande per fare colazione), e siamo stati anche accompagnati dalla stazione alla casa e dalla casa alla stazione. Ringrazio ancora tantissimo e sicuramente in qualsiasi altra occasione in cui avrò necessità di dormire nei pressi di Bologna, tornerò da loro. Grazie

Die Tiere haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein schöner ruhiger Platz für Menschen, die Tiere mögen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Per chi ama la natura e la storia di cui ogni singolo oggetto è intriso nella torre! Storia che Raffaele ci ha raccontato con passione, rapendoci con i racconti di come ha riportato in vita questo antico punto di avvistamento. Il territorio poi offre moltissimo, a partire dal buon cibo consigliato da Raffaele stesso! Insomma armatevi di una buona frontale per la sera e del costume per fare la sauna!

Alles war perfekt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Super Wohnung, top hergerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die kleine Terrasse ist ein richtiger kleines "Hideaway"! Lage in Ferrara absolut Top, alles fußläufig erreichbar- oder mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Rädern, dem Nummer 1 Verkehrsmittel in Ferrara. Dennoch ruhig in kleiner Nebenstraße. Ferrara ist absolut empfehlenswert, echt italienisch, wenig touristisch. Absolut relaxed.

We had a wonderful stay at Marias Apartment! It is located in The middle of The City, you can go everywhere by foot. We Just loved The Building and The Apartment. It is quiet, The bed is very comfortable and we had The best Time! The House is very safe. And Maria is Just lovely! Thank you so much!

L'appartement de Paolo est très bien localisé dans la vieille ville de Modena, a coté de tout ce qu'il faut voir dans la ville: le Duomo, le Marché, les églises. Puis il y a des nombreux restaurants à qq's pas de la porte... Il est en premier étage avec ascenseur, très complet, la cuisine fonctionnelle (même si on ne l'utilise pas beaucoup, vu l'offre de restauration pas loin). Rien à dire. Paolo d'une gentillesse hors norme: m'a indiqué les restaurants du coin, la boulangerie, le marché. Vraiment top. Je reviendrai sans doute quand je passerai du coté de Modena.

We were only in Bologna for one night, and I'm so happy we stayed here. It was central to everything we needed and was a beautiful and well-cared for space. Ilaria was so communicative and kind, made sure we had everything we needed to check in, and provided us with some wonderful recommendations. We had a really wonderful stay.

This was a very quiet and comfortable place in a beautiful setting. We shared the entire location with the hosts and a second accommodation. Enough privacy. Great pool that was big enough for the kids. We had a very spacious house with a private outdoor table. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked several times at home. In the village at 10 minutes there is a supermarket with all you need. The place is rather isolated, you need a car to get around. Gabriela suggested to leave the car in Castel Bolognese, at 30 minutes by car, park it for free and travel by train to Ravenna or Bologna. That is just 30-40 minutes and saves you the hassle with parking or Zona Limitada restrictions in the Italian cities. We did not go to Firenze that is about 1.5-2 hours by car. Conclusion: great rural hide out with all luxury and privacy. We have seen many cyclists on the mountain roads. Supposedly therefore a good location also for cyclists or motorcycle enthusiasts to enjoy this region.

Posto meraviglioso in una posizione bellissima. Diversi alloggi curati e restaurati con passione e competenza, immersi nel verde con vista sulle valli tra Romagna e Toscana. Perfetto sia che si voglia rilassarsi o passeggiare tra borghi e boschi. Assolutamente consigliato.

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Our extended family stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the house and the area. Very comfortable with ample room for our family - 3 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms - there was room for everyone. Tredozio is a cute town with ample restaurants and typical Italian shops. The butcher and the delicatessen are the best. If you need it there is a brand nAme supermarket only about 10 minutes away.

This place is very comfortable and beautiful. you can feel the atmosphere of Italian historical life there. It's a great location for trips to surrounding towns. Franco was incredibly nice and open to our needs.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Dziękujemy. Miejsce ,jak zgodnie oceniliśmy było lepsze niż mieliśmy wyobrażenia o Toskanii. Luzik, otoczenie ,rośliny, drzewa , zioła , zwierzęta konie , psy.... szerszenie . Basen i trawka robiły robotę. Ciekawy dojazd nawet excytujacy bym powiedział, spokojna okolica ale sporo lokalnych restauracji . Raj dla rowerzystów, trekkingu oraz plażingu....Tuto perfeccto!!!
