Ed’s place is incredibly charming and cozy. It’s in an amazing location with access to multiple train lines, buses and ferries. So many great restaurants nearby as well as steps to just about anything you need. The stairs are a bit of a workout, but as long as that is something you can do, it’s well worth the climb to this Cobble Hill gem.

The apartment is tastefully furnished, with every detail carefully curated. The atmosphere is warm and refined, the spaces well-organized, and cleanliness impeccable. It's evident that great care was taken to create a comfortable setting where guests can relax and enjoy their stay. The location is ideal: a quiet yet well-connected area, with the F and G subway lines nearby, ensuring a quick and easy commute to Manhattan. The numerous amenities make a real difference. The apartment features high-quality appliances and thoughtful extras: smart home automation for effortless control of lights and devices, a turntable for vinyl lovers, a top-tier TV, a work-friendly monitor, fast internet, and strategically placed outlets and chargers. These details make it perfect for both leisure and remote work. A minor issue arose, but the host was outstanding—quickly resolving it with care and professionalism. Highly recommended for a hassle-free, delightful stay in a refined and welcoming space!

We stayed at Ken’s place for the summer and had a great time! The home is super well kept and comfortable, with modern amenities and ample space. It’s unusual to find such a place in New York City! Cobble Hill is the cutest neighborhood, safe and walkable with plenty of restaurants and bars. The F and G stations are within a 7-8 minute walk away, and take you to most places. Ken is very responsive and helpful! Overall, highly recommend this place for an easy and memorable stay.

We intended to stay here for 4 weeks, and loved it so much we ended up staying for 4 months. We rented this lovely Airbnb while we looked for housing in the Manhattan/Brooklyn area. We hadn't explicitly decided on a neighborhood when we arrived, but after a week or two staying at Pierce & Derma's, we narrowed our search to a 5-block radius around this Airbnb. (Important to note: we arrived from CA in January, during a blizzard. Had we arrived during any other season, it would have taken us 2 days to taper our search.) Cobble Hill is easily one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in the city. It is safe, quaint, clean, and there are restaurants, coffee shops, specialty markets, and tree-lined streets in every direction. The Airbnb overlooks a beautiful park and has a lush private backyard. The inside of the apartment is CLEAN, and everything you could need away from home is provided. Pierce and Derma could not be kinder or more accommodating, and we were sad to leave. 10/10 recommend!
