Julio's place is great. Check-in process was easy and the place was spotless. It is surreal how close the Sagrada Familia is, and you have a metro station nearby. WIFI speed is insanely fast. The place is quiet most of the time; sometimes you get some loud drunk people outside but honestly that happened about 4 nights out of the 45 I was there. Julio himself is super accommodating, communicative, and all are pleasant to deal with. The place is super nice and represented well by the pictures.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Fabrice’s apartment. He’s a very warm and welcoming host, who makes you immediately feel at home. He gave elaborate explanations about all the amenities of the apartment, which was really appreciated. The apartment is in a very central location. It’s around the corner from Sagrada familia. Yet, the apartment is very quiet because it’s located at the back of the building. It has a cozy and sunny balcony, perfect for coffee time. We stayed here with our dog Basil who had a great time too. We appreciated that Fabrice’s apartment was pet friendly. We recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona!

The apartment itself is stunning, with thoughtful design details that make it feel both stylish and comfortable. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. A special highlight is the balcony, which offers a wonderful view and became our favorite spot to start and end the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy an unforgettable stay in Barcelona!
