Monthly Rentals in Carquebut

My very first Air BnB experience and I would give Sylvie a much higher rating than 5/5 if I could. The cottage is located in a small quiet town just a 12-15 minute car ride from Saint mere Eglise. For my hikers, a 1 hour and 12 minute beautiful hike down the road of Gambosville. (Which is a very beautiful walk with cows, sheep and donkeys along the way.) The cottage is very clean, cozy and warm with all that you can ask for. A comfortable bed, working stove and oven, a fridge, plenty of cookware, fast wifi and two beautiful bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub! And my favorite, a beautiful garden to enjoy with outside sitting furniture and a grill and much more! Most importantly, Sylvie is a true one of a kind human soul. She made me feel warm, welcomed and loved my entire stay and treated me like family. Making it very hard to say goodbye. I gained an unforgettable experience and a true friend that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Thank you so much, Sylvie!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay in Thierry's cottage. The cottage was perfect for our family of four. Equipped with everything we needed and situated in a beautiful & very peaceful part of Normandy - we even had the privilege of watching the nesting herons on the roof of the house next door. The location of the cottage was ideal, just a short drive from many of the local museums and close to the shops. Thierry was a fabulous host, super responsive and very welcoming, even with our delayed arrival (the traffic was a nightmare!) Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing getaway and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Thierry!!

What can I say about the apartment except that it's perfect in every way! The accommodation is perfectly equipped with all comforts: with a choice for children rather small umbrella bed with sheets and pillows or the single bed which avoids taking the umbrella bed when the children are small for example. Also available is a hair dryer and even a straightener, which shows the level of equipment in the accommodation. And then the must-have of the apartment for me is the really great washer-dryer when you need to wash on site! The hosts are very welcoming and give all the details about the rental (location, parking, etc.) before arriving. I didn't even have to ask anything. We will return to this accommodation with great pleasure during a future stay in Sainte Mère Église!
