We had an amazing stay here! The house is very cute with a relaxing ambiance. It’s very clean and comfortable. The fridge was well stocked with a variety of drinks, which was a unique and really nice surprise that we appreciated. We absolutely loved being able to make coffee and drink it outside in the patio in the mornings. The landscaping was beautiful and there’s so much to do in the area! We actually got engaged on this trip. Would definitely recommend staying here to our friends/family!!

Very pleased with my recent stay at The Channel Islands Beach Retreat. As soon as I entered the property I felt like I was in a secret garden oasis. Absolutely loved all the amenities and comfort of the home. The beds were a dream! I slept so well. I hope to stay here again in the future because I was so impressed! Beautiful and rustic home with amazing view of the ocean. Cozy living room and kitchen. Kitchen has basic stuff for you to cook a meal. Front porch has a grill so we were able to grill up some steaks for dinner. Backyard seems a little over-grown with plants but it didnt bother us. Overall, the location was worth it for the view. Rebecca was an amazing host, very responsive and accomodating! Great place to stay for a weekend trip to Santa Barbara! Minor observation: Around 9pm during the night of our stay, we heard a "thud" sound in the front porch area. We opened the door to see what it was. At that exact moment, we saw a water bottle flying over from the right side of porch - landing in the front porch area. Not sure who threw it or maybe if it fell from the roof. It was dark so we couldn't see well. No big deal - just found it a little weird. Could be the neighbors next door? We mentioned this to Rebecca on the day of check out just as an FYI and she will look into this more.

Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

We had a nice stay again at this cute house. We love that you can walk everywhere restaurants, beach, stores, supermarket.

Lance’s house is BEAUTIFUL. Loved the location. The yard was perfect, my puppies absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for hosting our little family, it was an amazing weekend.

Our stay was very pleasant!! Elena was responsive from the get go! I had inquired about having two dogs and she was very accommodating to our requests and helped make the trip so easy. The Airbnb was beautiful and clean and was exactly how it was described! The area was very private and peaceful and you can literally walk to the beach in less than a minute. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay! The apartment is located right on the beachfront with direct access to the beach — you can literally walk out and feel the sand under your feet. The place is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee with a sea view. The host was friendly and responsive. We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

Such a beautiful large condo Great location and Terri was so kind and helpful. Had access to e bike which was so fun. Hot tub was relaxing and really enjoyed having an outdoor warm shower after going to the beach. Loved this spot and would definitely stay here again!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

Hosts are very friendly, respond rapidly. Place is super clean, and well organized. If I could give the hosts and this place 10 stars I would. Definitely recommend this beautiful peaceful place. Look forward to staying again in the future.
