Julia’s place in Summerland was so comfortable & relaxing. It was incredibly clean & well kept, with all the supplies, linens & kitchen items needed. It had a spacious patio with a beautiful oven view. We had 5 adults & felt very comfortable in the space. The neighborhood is very walkable with great locally owned shops & restaurants; Red Kettle Coffee, Botanik, Sweet Wheel Farm & Flower, and The Nugget to name a few. Julia checked in to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend Julia’s home!

This was an amazing stay for a little staycation for my sister and I. It was PERFECTLY located, by a lot of good local spots, felt safe, so close to the beach and super walkable. Couldn’t have had a better place to call home for the wknd! We had a little trouble with finding the parking and the hosts were very responsive in helping us get what we need. 15/10 stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Anatega. The space was beautifully appointed and comfortable. It was a perfect respite from exploring downtown Santa Barbara.

Steps to the beautiful beach and around the corner to Pierpont village area. The home was comfortable, though perhaps a little dated. For 2 people, it was plenty of space. We spent most of our time out enjoying the area, and the location is perfect for that! Covered parking was a plus!

The Upstairs Unit 201 was a fabulous studio space! We were in town for a ranch wedding in Santa Ynez and spend 2 wonderful days in town. It has a beautiful interior design and well appointed with all we needed. We also enjoyed shopping in the local shops, dinner in town as well as a visit to Solvang as well. We would absolutely return for another visit. Thank you so much!

Santa’s 2nd floor apt was well equipped and very comfortable for the two of us. It was convenient to downtown Montecito and Santa Barbara. Check in was seamless and Santa was quick to respond. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and living area were of good size. We would rent again next time we’re in the Santa Barbara area.

Beautiful New unit! Needed wash cloths in bathroom and dish towels in kitchen but still everything was Nicely done! Easy walking to food and beach!

Julie and Steven’s spot was a perfect, peaceful getaway. Surrounded by the Santa Monica mountains, it’s only a short ride into town, making it easy to spend the day at the beach and come back to the quiet in the evening. I came home from the trip well-rested, the mark of a great staycation. Thanks, Julie and Steven!

Another great stay at Logan's. The beach is only a few steps away and the Salt Marsh Reserve right across the street. One of my favorite things to do is either an early morning walk on the beach, or just stay in with an early morning cup of tea and watch the sunrise light up the hills. Coming to Logan's feels like a welcome home. I've been coming for several years and intend to continue.

The accommodations were nice and clean. Surrounding area is very beautiful and we enjoyed watching the stars at night from the jacuzzi. Bathroom was neat.

My wife & I stayed for the month of March. Fantastic location for walking to parks, shops and restaurants. Also easy drive to Santa Barbara, Ojai and Ventura.

I had a very late check in and Jennifer accommodated my needs. She was responsive and able to get me checked in even though it was very last minute and late. I appreciate her willingness to help and work with me.

Ashleigh's place was great, right in downtown, walkable to so many restaurants. Place was perfect for my family of 4. She even had beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and a cooler for us to use. We will definitely be back!

The place is very spacious, high ceilings throughout. The bedroom has comfortable king-sized bed and plenty of extra room. The shower is huge, does take a while to warm up so patience is required. The location is walking distance from all the main shops, restaurants and the beach. All in all, great stay in Carpinteria.

The apartment was wonderful. The space was nice, comfortably furnished, clean, newly remodeled, and well-supplied. There were a lot of thoughtful little extras that were appreciated. I was a little concerned about noise because the unit was in a row of attached units but they were well soundproofed and we didn't hear a thing from either side or from outside. The communication was excellent and the directions and check-in made everything easy. The only thing I might let people know about is that there is one parking space and it is about thirty yards (I'm guessing) from the unit so this might be a pain if you've got a lot to bring inside or if it's raining. There is additional parking on the street about a short block away. The location is near Cottage Hospital and about a mile and half from the courthouse downtown. It is easy to drive anywhere in Santa Barbara from here. There are also restaurants, bars and coffee shops within a half mile. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a great time! Geoff and Annika were great hosts. The sauna was so nice after a long hike. The place was clean, peaceful private, and easy to get to. Easy check in and out.

Would definitely stay again! 5 minute stroll to beach, lots of parking, great amenities and patio. Short drive to downtown or airport. 15 minutes. Very comfortable!

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

As always when we've stayed before it was a marvelous experience, quiet, comfortable, & peaceful. The place was clean, prepared & well supplied for guests. We loved the closeness of the beach, however, the defining aspect for us is feeling relaxed & rejuvenated with each stay.

Great location, convenient to highway and restaurants. The space was clean and spacious as described. It's not the easiest navigating the apartment complex and all the stairwells but host provided clear instructions. We felt it was easier to access the apartment from the visitor parking lot vs the assigned parking spot. Host was able to provide us with a high chair and pack and play, which was very much appreciated. Overall the apartment was good value for money and I would recommend. Thanks Carina!

Charming unit and a short walk to Linden Ave. A few hundred yards to beach entrance. Host was very responsive. We will come again.

Great place. I've stayed there a couple of times already. Communication is always a breeze. Check in is automated and easy. The apartment complex is beautiful and the area is nice.
