Vous apprécierez le confort mis à votre disposition, ainsi que la grande terrasse sud/ouest et sa vue dégagée. La résidence sécurisée avec piscine chauffée ouverte du 24/05 au 30/09, se trouve au milieu de la nature, vous offrant un séjour détente au calme! Situé aux abords de Vélocean, il vous sera aisé de rejoindre la plage de La Baule (2km) ou le centre historique de Guérande (5km).

A lovely old house in stone fully refurbished in full respect of tradition. Located in a large garden which includes the house of the host as well as 2 others rented houses. Several beaches around, the closest at 1500m. The village of Baden with shops is 2km away. Parking available in the property included a covered place for motos. Quiet place perfect to rest. Possibility to use bikes if available. Suitable for a couple or a family (the 2 bedrooms are communicating without a door in between)
