In a quiet residential area, at the foot of Velocean, a 10-min walk to the charming town center and with all amenities, but also the pretty harbor and the first beaches. Enjoy the enclosed garden, terrace, and relax in the Jacuzzi. A bright living room, 2 separate toilets (ground floor and upstairs), a bedroom with shower room on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs and a beautiful shower room.
