Townhome holiday rentals in Carlsbad Village

This home was perfect for our big family! We were attending a wedding on Mission Beach and the location was amazing. Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, and (Vons I think?) were within a few min walk from the house. The two provided parking spots made for easy parking. The kitchen was well stocked, the home impeccably clean, and from the room I slept in on the top floor I didn’t hear a sound from the teenagers staying up late downstairs. It is across the street from a middle school, so be aware there will be school sounds, but only during the day. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely choose this home again.

Stephanie was an amazing host. She was very responsive and made sure we had a great time for our stay. The home was beautiful and there was more than enough accommodations included around the home including beach activities, towels, and kitchen supplies. If I’m ever staying in the area again Stephanie’s place will be my first option.

Great spot in the heart of pacific beach. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway and plenty to do within walking distance. Highly recommend this spot.

We had a lovely time celebrating graduation and Father’s Day at Teresa‘s AirBnb! It was very spacious, had a full kitchen, and all the amenities we needed for the perfect visit. The location is perfect, with plenty of places to dine & shop! And Teresa was very quick in responding to messages! We can’t thank her enough for being the perfect host!!

This place was exactly what we needed for our family’s first trip to San Diego! We had 7 adults and one baby and this was a perfect set up for us! The amenities and ability to walk to the beach, town, and pickle ball courts made our stay memorable. Would stay again! So safe and such a responsive host. Thank you!!! :)

My family had a great stay! Beautiful location right next to the beach and calm neighborhood that was easy to navigate. The only consideration is that the parking is limited when arriving late (typical San Diego) and the garage space is too tight to fit larger cars. Just to keep in mind! Otherwise 10/10 would stay here again! Thank you!

My sister and I became new moms in the same year, which means family vacations now include 3 babies under 2 (yes, twins) — and a whole new level of planning and anxiety. Finding a place that can accommodate little ones hasn’t been easy…until Sand and Sauna! This Airbnb was nothing short of perfect. The home was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated to comfortably fit our multigenerational group, with activities and nearby bars and restaurants that even our not-so-little kids could enjoy (aka husbands/uncles). Bonus points for the arcade game! The location was ideal for our slow, baby-led mornings, with great breakfast and coffee spots just a short stroller walk away. The house was also easy to find and access, which made arrival/departure stress-free. Our host went above and beyond with communication, making us feel welcomed and supported throughout our stay. Traveling as a new mom is rarely relaxing, but this trip felt easy. We’re grateful for this space and hope to be back!

We had a fantastic stay at the property. The place is as described and definitely was above our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed a couple of evenings sitting out in the patio overlooking the ocean. Overall a well kept place - that’s clean, functional and has amazing views. The property management was prompt and clear on their instructions. Thank you for a great experience staying at the property!

My father and husband have been battling cancer for the last four years, and this trip was particularly special for them. They were able to enjoy the comfort of a home away from home while visiting our oldest son and celebrating Father's Day. The place was wonderful, and we can't wait to book again—possibly both units if they are available for our extended family.

We initially booked Steven's place for it's proximity to the beach. However, the weather in San Diego during our April spring break trip was too cool for us to enjoy walking to the close inlet/bay nearby and the restaurants. Regardless, it was great to enjoy the other amenities like the firepit & patio furniture at night and taking the golf cart a short drive to Konito's Cafe for breakfast burritos (and grabbing Starbucks from inside the grocery store on the way back). The home was neat and as pictured. We only used one shower as the other had some residual sand inside, but this wasn't an issue for our family of 3. Overall, we loved the central location (15-20 minute drive to zoo, airport, La Jolla cove for sea lions, Belmont Park, etc.) and would definitely recommend. Easy to imagine appreciating the home even more in warmer months.

We loved our stay at this townhouse! It is perfectly located next to the beach with a short walk to the stair case that leads you down the cliff and on to the sand. It was just the right amount of space for my group of five adults and my young children. The host fully discloses that the house is not completely child safe, so we brought our own way of containing them which was totally okay with us. The host requires a separate rental agreement. The kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled, and are very nice. Overall this stay was a great value!

Dave’s place is amazing!! Incredible location right at the beach, walkable to the sand and restaurants, even a beach park for kids. Dave is an incredible host, so friendly and helpful, always available and responsive. We felt right at home in his place and were so thankful to be there. The home is beautifully decorated, and has all the beach gear and toys you would need. We cooked and enjoyed sunsets there. The pool and hot tub are great too! We’d definitely stay again!

We had a great time! All eight of us fit comfortably. We spent most of our time at various beaches, but being able to walk to the local beach in the evening was extra special. We really appreciated the extra beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. it was also very helpful having washer dryer access.

Our stay here was amazing! We were close to great food, the beach and our family that lives nearby. It had every amenity that we needed and the host was quick to respond with any questions that we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

Gorgeous well equipped home in an ideal location. Game room and 2 decks were a huge plus and all rooms were spacious and comfortable. Absolutely will return! One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in; a multigenerational group of 8 had plenty of space and privacy.

Lovely space in Encinitas, California. Easy to get around. Parking was simple, amenities in the house were fantastic. Absolutely no complaints. Easy to walk around and get around. I would definitely come back.

This was an amazing place to stay. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were beautiful and spotless! Guy was very friendly and responsive. Instructions for check in and out were very clear. Would definitely come back and stay!

We had 9 of us staying 5 nights and had a wonderful time. We each had our own space, home was in pristine condition and had everything we needed. Even all the extras like beach supplies, kitchen gadgets. It was super quiet, and peaceful. Kimmy was super responsive with any questions.

We had a magical week at Morgan's place. The location was dreamy, access to the beach was unmatched (coolest sunset views), the property peaceful and clean. The home itself is super cool with the bathrooms and bedrooms plus the loft space to work. The fridge and dining room was super spacious. Morgan was the kindest and most communicative host. We were sad to leave and can't wait to return!

They went out of their way to install toddler gates throughout the property before our arrival, which gave us such peace of mind. Great stay in sunny Oceanside California so much to do around the area we thought we would have to make the trek to San Diego to find good night life. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that was not the case. So many good walkable restaurants bars and nightlife. Completely stocked convenience store 7 min walk from the location. Beach was quite literally a block from the home. With great views of the ocean from the TWO balconies. The downtown area had so many great coffee shops and quaint shops. Also the place was immaculately clean. Very pleasant no odd smells. Awesome beach chairs and towels and a convenient rolling cooler. Even though you were so close to everything you still felt comfortable/peaceful and far enough that there’s no noise at all at night. Can’t say enough good about this place!
