Thank you for sharing your lovely little unit in Carlsbad. Five minute walk to the beach and very convenient. Kitchen has a Keurig, every utensil and option you need to cook a meal, including a blender. That was comfortable and location was amazing. I would definitely refer others to your unit.

This place was perfect for a beach trip with a family. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach in under 10 minutes and not worry about parking. There is an outdoor shower to wash all the sand off. The location was convenient when we wanted to get back on the freeway and head to other places. There is not any air conditioning, but they provided fans in every room. We opened windows and doors in the evening and everything cooled off nicely.

This rental was really beautiful and well taken care of. It is evident that Wyatt was very intentional about the amenities in the home - from the child gate at the top of the stairs to the beach equipment he left available to use. We felt very comfortable and loved how close we were to the beach and to the shops in Carlsbad. Wyatt is also super responsive. Definitely an excellent experience deserving of 5 stars!

Perfect place for a weekend get away! Right across the street from the beach and walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, stores and sites. The place is a small studio with a small kitchenette which is perfect for mine and my fiancé’s weekend trip. Everything was clean something could be deep cleaned but we didn’t spend much time in the Airbnb so did not bother us at all. The host was responsive to all questions quickly. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

This unit was excellent. Steps to the beach literally. It’s an efficiency so obviously it’s not a huge place. Perfect for a couple. It was very clean upon our arrival and was exactly what we wanted which was to be right on the beach. The host reached out before check in with clear instructions and was very responsive to texts. If you’re looking to be right on the beach, and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops this place can’t be beat. I would definitely stay here again.
