Great stay! Condo was perfect for our family. Layout of the condo was great for family time and felt very spacious. Stephanie was a wonderful host and provided lots of information on things to do, restaurants, grocery stores,etc. Condo was stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, pods for washing clothes and for the dishwasher, coffee pods, tea bags, spices, etc. The heated pool and hot tub were great and the beach was not crowded and very convenient to the condo. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back. Thank you, Stephanie!

We had a great stay. Perfect location and a quick walk across the way to the beach. House had everything we needed. Only negative we experienced was the water pressure in master bath was extremely low so running a bath took a long time. Highly recommend !

Beautiful ocean view on top of the cliffs. Easy walk to many restaurants and to the beach. The house is stocked with everything you need. I would definitely recommend.

The condo was amazing and I felt very safe inside the gated community traveling alone. Linda allowed me to stay an extra day and was very responsive. The condo is literally a minute walk to the private beach access. I would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Angela’s beautiful condo! Everything was as described. Extremely private and peaceful location, with many walkable coffee shops, restaurants, and ridiculously delicious local doughnut shop! The ocean access is a very short walk from the condo, as is the heated pool and hot tub, which we really enjoyed! We looked forward to chatting with the friendly neighbors during our evening hot tub visits! Just an fyi, that after you book with Angela. You will be primarily dealing with the property manager through email. We had no issues with that :) Nicole was awesome! We hope to head back to Angela’s in the near future! This is a very, very special place!! The location is perfect – right on the beach, absolutely beautiful, amazing sunsets, loads of surfers, gorgeous neighborhood, etc. It is lively and quiet all at the same time, with great options for food and conveniences a quick walk away. The place itself is adorable with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation – comfy beds, great kitchen, large living/dining room with stunning views, exceptional facilities and peace and quiet throughout. Finally, the host is fantastic – excellent communication, check-in/out was a piece of cake, great vibes all around. I feel so lucky we found this spot and look forward to returning again soon! My sister and I became new moms in the same year, which means family vacations now include 3 babies under 2 (yes, twins) — and a whole new level of planning and anxiety. Finding a place that can accommodate little ones hasn’t been easy…until Sand and Sauna! This Airbnb was nothing short of perfect. The home was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated to comfortably fit our multigenerational group, with activities and nearby bars and restaurants that even our not-so-little kids could enjoy (aka husbands/uncles). Bonus points for the arcade game! The location was ideal for our slow, baby-led mornings, with great breakfast and coffee spots just a short stroller walk away. The house was also easy to find and access, which made arrival/departure stress-free. Our host went above and beyond with communication, making us feel welcomed and supported throughout our stay. Traveling as a new mom is rarely relaxing, but this trip felt easy. We’re grateful for this space and hope to be back!

Wonderful place in gated townhouse community. We had one little issue the first day that Brett handled right away. Nice living area with comfy seating and also a nice west-facing deck with partial ocean view. Some minor upkeep issues, like a rusty floor register in an otherwise fabulous bathroom with a great walk-in shower. As we were there in February, we enjoyed the hot tub only steps away. Property well-maintained, parking easy and close for our 1 car. Grandview beach is short walk away, though you must take many steps to get there, but also multiple places to sit and enjoy the sunset view if steps are a problem. Great beach for walking and we loved watching the many surfers! I was worried about the train track east of 101, but it wasn't a problem at all. We saw only a few passenger trains over a week stay that were very short and surprisingly quiet, and heard nothing at all at night. And so many good places to eat along 101! I would book again!

Our stay with Vacasa was great! They were super responsive and accommodating! The home was beautiful and we felt right at home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to our family who lives in the area. The space was great for our group. The only hard part was the side gate closest to the unit is key operated and not code operated so you had to get into the unit via the garage to get the key to open the side gate. While parking is easy later at night, day parking seemed a bit difficult. Otherwise a great stay! Mahalo Mallorie for providing us with all of the area highlights and a menu for the a nearby restaurant!

We loved our stay at this townhouse! It is perfectly located next to the beach with a short walk to the stair case that leads you down the cliff and on to the sand. It was just the right amount of space for my group of five adults and my young children. The host fully discloses that the house is not completely child safe, so we brought our own way of containing them which was totally okay with us. The host requires a separate rental agreement. The kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled, and are very nice. Overall this stay was a great value!

We had a great time! All eight of us fit comfortably. We spent most of our time at various beaches, but being able to walk to the local beach in the evening was extra special. We really appreciated the extra beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. it was also very helpful having washer dryer access.

Our stay here was amazing! We were close to great food, the beach and our family that lives nearby. It had every amenity that we needed and the host was quick to respond with any questions that we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place is absolutely beautiful. Very quaint and cute. The fireplace is a nice touch. And the view of ocean waves was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely space in Encinitas, California. Easy to get around. Parking was simple, amenities in the house were fantastic. Absolutely no complaints. Easy to walk around and get around. I would definitely come back.

We felt very comfortable. The furnishings are top modern, and everything worked perfectly. Short distance to the Beach, to great Restaurants and to the Supermarkets.

We had 9 of us staying 5 nights and had a wonderful time. We each had our own space, home was in pristine condition and had everything we needed. Even all the extras like beach supplies, kitchen gadgets. It was super quiet, and peaceful. Kimmy was super responsive with any questions.

We had a magical week at Morgan's place. The location was dreamy, access to the beach was unmatched (coolest sunset views), the property peaceful and clean. The home itself is super cool with the bathrooms and bedrooms plus the loft space to work. The fridge and dining room was super spacious. Morgan was the kindest and most communicative host. We were sad to leave and can't wait to return!

Exceptional Stay – Above and Beyond for Family Comfort My family had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb hosted by Soothing Stays. From the start, our host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. What truly stood out was their extra effort in making our stay safe and comfortable for our family—especially our toddler grandson. They went out of their way to install toddler gates throughout the property before our arrival, which gave us such peace of mind.
