Tout est réunis pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis: -La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. -Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. -La Piscine privée, le jacuzzi, la vue panoramique sur la campagne montagneuse et le château médiéval de Squillace offrent un cadre douillet et relaxant. -La cote et les plages aux alentours sont très belles, les restaurants typiques. Et Martina et Thomas, par leurs conseils et leur bienveillance, porteront une attention particulière pour que ce moment reste spécial pour vous.

Emplacement très très agréable et très joli, au milieu des Olivers et des pins. logement simple mais tout à fait agréable Piscine très bien entretenue et très calme. Un petit Havre de paix que nous avons quitté avec regret. Salvatore toujours réactif. La dame et son mari qui évolue sur la propriété sont très gentils. Au plaisir de pouvoir revenir un jour. Nous recommandons sans soucis.

The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Skvostné ubytování a úžasný hostitel! Měl jsem tu čest strávit několik dní v apartmánu u Lothara a musím říct, že to bylo jedno z nejlepších ubytování, jaké jsem kdy zažil. Od chvíle, kdy jsem dorazil, mě Lothar přivítal s úsměvem a vřelostí, která okamžitě udělala z pobytu nezapomenutelný zážitek. Apartmán je naprosto nádherný – moderní, čistý a velmi útulný. Každý detail je pečlivě promyšlený a proměňuje pobyt v opravdový komfort. Kuchyně je plně vybavená, což mi umožnilo snadno si připravovat vlastní jídlo, a pohodlná postel mi zaručila kvalitní spánek. Navíc, příjemný balkon s krásným výhledem na okolí byl skvělým místem pro relaxaci. Co opravdu vyniká, je Lotharova pohostinnost. Jeho ochota pomoci, místní doporučení a celková péče o hosty jsou na vysoké úrovni. Cítil jsem se jako doma a Lothar mi poskytl cenné tipy na zajímavá místa a restaurace v okolí. Je evidentní, že mu záleží na tom, aby jeho hosté měli nezapomenutelný pobyt. Celkově bych toto ubytování doporučil každému.

Our host Emanuele gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. In fact his other family members (who live in the adjacent property) were also very welcoming. The house was very comfortable with lovely sea views and a cooling breeze. The air conditioning in the bedrooms also worked really well. (It was very hot when we visited in early August). Any minor points we drew to Emanuele's attention were quickly dealt with. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He was able to give us great recommendations for beaches and nice restaurants to visit. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace with pool. Great to have three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower by the pool. We were made to feel very at home and at ease. Many thanks to the lovely Stranges family for their warm welcome on our first visit to Calabria. (Definitely not our last!). We will especially miss their wee dog Lucky... ;-)

Ottima location. Bella la casa, ben organizzata con tutto l’essenziale e ben posizionata davanti alla piscina e vicina all’accesso al mare tramite la pineta. Bella la piscina e bella la spiaggia. Peccato che il mare sia stato sporco per qualche giorno, ma questo non dipende dal residence in cui si trova la casa. Residence curato e pulito e soprattutto tranquillo e silenzioso. Buona posizione anche per raggiungere le spiagge verso sud e Reggio Calabria. Bel giardino intorno alla casa, attrezzato per mangiare all’esterno. Comodo barbecue. Grazie anche alla disponibilità di Ludmila che ci ha dato validi consigli.

Mi estadía en el bungalow fue simplemente maravillosa. El lugar es muy moderno, cómodo y estaba impecable. Todo el entorno es un verdadero jardín hay flores, césped bien cuidado, animales y una conexión con la naturaleza que invita al descanso. Las vistas son preciosas, especialmente el atardecer que se puede apreciar en total tranquilidad desde la piscina por ejemplo la cuál está en un lugar cerrado entonces se puede disfrutar en cualquier momento del día. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del aeropuerto a solo 10 minutos y llegar es fácil porque está bien señalizado. Además el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Ideal para quienes buscan un lugar tranquilo, rodeado de verde y con todas las comodidades. ¡Lo súper recomiendo!

The house is very nice, in the middle of the mountains, it has a little garden, if you travel with kids is great, and for us, we had breakfast outside. Bedrooms comfortable and Andrea was always helpful. Thanks!

Schöne zeitgemäß sanierte, ruhige, saubere und geräumige Wohnung (Bad kleiner) in einem alten Gebäude in der Altstadt, gut zu Fuß erreichbar und nicht weit von der Piazza, Restaurants und den Stränden entfernt. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten (Parcheggio Pitaro) ca. 5min zu Fuß bis zur Wohnung, am Wochenende nur über die Contrada da la Parrera fahren, da die direkte Einfahrt gesperrt war. Herzlicher Empfang von Rina und die Kommunikation mit Giulia war sehr gut. Kleiner Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung stillvoll, einfach völlig ausreichend. In Pizzo gab es jeden Tag was neues zu entdecken und es ist ein idealer Standort für weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kalabrien. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an Giulia und Rina.

Maria's home is absolutely lovely and Maria is a lovely hostess as well. She was always responsive and very friendly with lots of good recommendations to eat. Her home is exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable in every respect. The main bed was very comfortable ... there are also bunk beds which we didn't use. The living room was a great place to relax in the evening. It was nice having a table and chairs on the patio to have breakfast. The internet was fast which was good since I work remotely. The home is on the top of a hill with a good road so there always seemed to be a nice breeze. It was a great place to relax - so quiet and peaceful and a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding countryside. The towns of Rocco Imperiale Marina and the castle in Rocco Imperiale are fun places to visit as well as Policoro. Maria was also so welcoming to our two little dogs. We would highly recommend Maria's home for your visit to this area.

Wärmste Empfehlung für Danilos Unterkunft! Die Wohnung liegt in einem charmanten Dorf, etwa 15 Minuten von den Stränden entfernt. Besonders praktisch: Eine hervorragende Trattoria befindet sich direkt im Ort und ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Danilo war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr flexibel beim Check-In und hat uns persönlich empfangen – ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber!

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

La nostra settimana nella casa vacanza di Pasquale è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trovato un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso, dove ogni dettaglio è stato curato con amore e attenzione. L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulitissimo, accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort immaginabile. La casa è meravigliosamente attrezzata, con tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Dalla cucina ben fornita agli spazi arredati con gusto, ogni angolo della casa riflette la dedizione e la cura dei proprietari. Pasquale e la sua compagna sono persone straordinarie, sempre disponibili e pronte a rendere il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. La loro gentilezza e ospitalità ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Sono stati un vero e proprio punto di riferimento, sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi nostra esigenza con un sorriso e una parola gentile. Grazie ❤️

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo appartamento. Comodo, funzionale proprio nel centro storico. Esperienza molto positiva!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt 🤗 die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war blitzsauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee stand bereit ☺️ Das Bad ist sehr komfortabel, ein Highlight ist die Aussendusche und das Kochen unter freiem Himmel. Der Strand ist nicht so schön, es lohnt sich aber defenitiv weiter südlich zu fahren. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und sehr schnell. Mario hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Danke für diese schöne Woche, absolut zu empfehlen 👍🏽

Sono stata con la mia famiglia durante le vacanze di Pasqua e ci siamo ritrovati in un vero paradiso, vista unica, casa fornita di tutto il necessario e di più. Abbiamo avuto un po' fresco le prime sere e Sandro ci ha subito portato delle coperte in più e una stufetta. Siamo stat* davvero benissimo, la strada per arrivare può essere un po' difficile a tratti, ma per chi guarda fuori dal finestrino e si gode il paesaggio meraviglioso in cui è immersa..bé la difficoltà passa assolutamente in secondo piano. E devo dire che fatta una volta poi diventa più facile! Come info per chi può essere più sensibile al tema, nelle vicinanze c'è una collina su cui sono installate diverse antenne e ripetitori delle varie compagnie telefoniche. In totale ci sentiamo di consigliarla vivamente, soprattutto per amanti della natura!

Ho soggiornato a Villetta Paradiso e che dire, posizione ottima, il mare si raggiunge in meno di 10 minuti a piedi e quindi anche il lungo mare di sera, che offre un’ampia scelta di locali dove fermarsi per cena o anche solo per sorseggiare un drink. Vicinissima anche ad un supermercato. Appartamento pulito, esattamente uguale alla descrizione e host super gentili.

The appartament is cute and spacious enough for a few people. It was very clean and the host was warm and welcoming. The view is fantastic and the balcony is relaxing. I enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Claudia is a wonderful host. She met us to check in and showed us around. Her home is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed. She checked in on us halfway through to see if we needed anything. Her home is in a great location to walk to amenities in the small town of San Lucido. She was accommodating and very responsive.

La casa è immersa in una splendida pineta vicina al mare. Sono presenti altri alloggi, ma i rispettivi spazi esterni sono a uso esclusivo. Al ritorno dal mare la pineta è stata un autentico buen retiro: doccia esterna, due tavoli, sdraio e griglia in muratura. Insomma, posto ideale per godersi il silenzio, la natura e il cielo stellato. La pineta si trova a pochi km dal comune di Isola di Capo Rizzuto ma nelle vicinanze ci sono un market e un bar. A pochi passi dall'alloggio c'è una spiaggia appartata e bellissima. Sabbia rossastra, mare cristallino e ricco di pesci (località Le Cannella è parte dell'area marina protetta di C. Rizzuto). La discesa a mare è semplice, ma piuttosto scoscesa: non adatta a tutte le età e le ginocchia. Nei dintorni ci sono comunque spiagge altrettanto belle, talvolta di più facile accesso. Ottima la comunicazione con il mitico Mario. Cos'altro aggiungere? Torneremo appena possibile con gran piacere.
