If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

The house is located on a plot of land where there are also other inhabited and abandoned villas. The area is very quiet and far from the center of Capo Rizzuto. A supermarket is available in the center just a few minutes away by car. The apartment consists of the ground floor and an attached terrace/garden. You can park your car inside the gate to make loading and unloading even easier. The interiors have been recently renovated and are equipped with everything necessary. Ideal for stays with children. The outdoor shower is very helpful. The descent to the sea is reached within walking distance, but the stairs can be difficult for small children who are best carried in the arms. The beach is worth the whole expense: clean sand, sea always clear and protected from the waves by two breakwaters. Our kids spent whole days in the water and had the best time. Impeccable host.

Luca's art-filled villa was beautiful and very grand in it's day. Luca himself was very friendly, giving us local recommendations and allowing a later check out. He was very helpful with any issues we encountered and responded swiftly to all communication. It was very helpful that Luca has excellent English! The location of the villa is fantastic for the local beaches, restaurants and towns, and has large off street parking.

We had two great weeks in this house. Host Carolina is very friendly, responds quickly and reacted immediately to a problem with the gas stove – including a small compensation. The house was very clean, well equipped, kitchen with everything you need. The property is large, secured by a gate, with plenty of parking space. The beach is right on the doorstep, beautiful and almost always deserted - but stony, so bring bathing shoes. Access is via a steep, outdated staircase, not feasible for older people (like my father). Alternatively, a lido can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Sleeping comfort: A double bed had a thin mattress on wooden boards - uncomfortable and loud. Shopping only by car, nearest shops in Isola di Capo Rizzuto. Area very expensive. Many mosquitoes, rural. Evening entertainment from the campsite - loud, but okay with windows closed and air conditioning. Conclusion: Despite minor defects, absolutely recommended!

We stayed a week in the beautiful old house with flair, large garden and cozy coziness with four adults and two children. Sufficient space for everyone in three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor, as well as living room, dining room and large kitchen-living room on the ground floor with terrace exit. In short, we were all very comfortable.

Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! We absolutely loved our stay in the Pizzo Beach Club. We were close to so many amenities and it was easy to explore. The pool was great for when we didn’t feel like leaving the community. Food was great at the nearby restaurant. Nicole was a great host and took care of all our needs. Only 1 thing I would mention is that there was no garbage bags, dish soap or dishwasher pods. Some of the basics like coffee, pepper, oil would have been a nice touch. Otherwise everything was exceptional. Highly recommend.

We had very relaxing stay with amazing view on the sea. The houst was very welcoming and communicated very well. Recommend this stay for sure.

My family and I had an absolute blast at Franco's place! The outdoor area with the pool, bbq, fire pit, and large yard was perfect for us. We will absolutely try and book again!

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

We have booked the house for 15 days. The house is beautiful, very clean and nothing is missing. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and the view is phenomenal. Communication with Gabe and parents 5 stars, very friendly and helpful. In all the areas as far as the accommodation is concerned, I give 5 stars. Thank you Gabe for nice 15 days

Beautiful house in the middle of the green, surrounded only by olive groves and fruit trees, wildlife, crickets. If you love peace & seclusion, this is the place. You're really all alone here, far from civilization. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. The apartments are stocked with everything you could need. Outdoor grill and pool are great options, but we were also a lot on the beautiful beaches of the surrounding area. Ilario is great and gave many recommendations, especially the restaurant Le Zagare we liked very much (delicious pizza!).

Our stay at Constantino was exceptional and went far beyond our expectations. Upon arrival we instantly received a room upgrade, as there had been difficulties with our former room. The staff welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. The room contained all the necessary features. Our several dinners and lunches at their own restaurant granted us a great dining experience, making our stay unique and memorable. The food was delicious and beyond that sustainable. The villa also provided us with exquisite scenic views and a clean pool. We were also very glad that the towels were exchanged every 3 days. They also offer the possibility of booking breakfast, which we took advantage of and had every day. It is possible to have a sweet or a savory breakfast. Furthermore, we had no difficulties finding our way from the main station to the villa, however it comes in handy to have access to a car in order to be able to go to the 10km far away beach or to explore Calabria.💚🤍❤
