Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cardiff

Me and my partner had a fantastic stay at this great property. Davina has gorn above and beyond on detail to this property perfect for a romantic weekend away. Welcome hamper was also a surprise and great thought from Davina. Davina was also very responsive to messages. Overall property was also squeaky clean not one fault with this property. We will definetly be back in the future. Thanks again Davina

we stayed at 'Sheiling' for 2 nights for my partners birthday and we were not disappointed!, this property is immaculate & very peaceful, the facilities at Sheiling are second to none, everything you could need for your stay is provided, even a bottle of prosecco 2 bottles of beer & milk were left for us which was greatly appreciated. There was excellent communication between us & Jane the host. We had such a relaxing time especially in the hot tub and our first night we were visited by a fox in the garden when we were in the hot tub which was a wonderful treat! we will definately be back!

beautiful place home from home . hot tub was amazing beautiful log burner . everything was spotless and very clean .bedroom cosy and very comfy . all shops a walk away . would recommend 2 any 1 xx

beautiful cottage in a peaceful location, we loved every second and didn't want to leave, surrounded by wildlife and the wonderful canal it was perfect, lovely welcome pack with gorgous home made flapjacks, Sarah was a great and helpful host, we can't wait to go back

Fantastic stay, would definitely recommend if you’re ever in Cardiff. Location was spot on, only a 15 minute walk into central. The hot tub was also a lovely touch! 10/10 would recommend

A lovely night in a lovely house. Couldn’t have faulted anything about our stay. Everything that we needed was there, a very responsive host and couldn’t have done anything more to make our stay any better!

Indeed Jamie and Sara's place, is different, full of mod cons, yet cozy and relatable. The sunsets from the vast windows were glorious and the array of games were both challenging and fun. The only minor drawback (though we found a solution) was that the stylish bathroom floors up stairs were too slippery after a (lovely) shower, so we used the down stairs one, in which the floor was more textured (and more older person friendly....) All in all a lovely experience. Thank you!

Our stay here was beautiful!! The area is so pretty and peaceful. Lots of walks and trails and the town is not too far away. The town is also lovely with lots of great shops and cafes to mooch around. The lodge itself was welcoming, bright and smelt lovely upon arrival! Very clean and spacious. Beth was very helpful and gave lots of recommendations on the local area as well as making sure we had everything we needed.

Me and my girlfriend loved our stay in daisy lodge. Such a lovely place to stay feeling right at home. Not far from Abergavenny town which has a lovely high street. The lodge was as seen in the photos and even though we knew Claire and Justin were there when we needed, it was perfect and didn’t need any help. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Great place for a quiet retreat. Peaceful, lakeside cabin with a lovely hot tub. We stayed in the Grebe lodge which you can’t fish from. There are others that you can fish from if that’s what you’re after. Reception has a shop that sells all your basic needs such as tea, coffee, sugar, chocolate and beers. I would recommend if you’re arriving after hours that you bring your own tea / coffee and milk as there are none in the cabins themselves. Would recommend a stay here and we will stay here again. A really relaxing weekend in the countryside wishing earshot of Cardiff.

Victoria & Craig have re-written the rulebook when it comes to hosting. Both were very very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Nothing was too much trouble and every single detail you can think of was covered. The cabin was extremely well appointed in beautiful, peaceful, and very private surroundings! Everything was immaculate, it was impossible to believe that someone had stayed in it just before we arrived. Although completely left to our own devices the welcome pack, instruction book and decor made you feel like they were there to make sure you were having a good time. An extremely professional, beautiful and well run setup from two lovely people! Can’t wait to come back! Love to the Alpacas aswell!!

Me and my partner wanted somewhere to have peace and relax. And that’s exactly what we got! We stayed in Mini-Corner which was beautifully made up and provided everything we needed. We did the animal experience the next morning. Well.. I couldn’t stop smiling! Hearing the stories of the rescued animals and having Felicity and Tracy take us around to see the animals was just a WONDERFUL experience. All the hosts were warm, welcoming, helpful and nothing was an issue for them. All the money for the stay and extras that are bought (eggs, experiences, the hot tub etc) all go into maintenance of the retreat and the animals care, which is fabulous. There are scenic walks and quite a few local pubs near by with delicious food. We will 100000% be back again!

The photos don’t do this place justice, felt far larger and was in a beautiful spot - was awesome. We had a great time and Deborah was lovely, easy to get hold of and was extremely kind - even gave my girlfriend a bottle of wine for passing her solicitor exams. Would absolutely recommend

It was our 3rd stay, the lodge is perfect for us, quiet and peaceful, everything you need with complimentary biscuits and bottle of good quality bubbles. And extras in the cupboards. We'll definitely be back.
