We had a wonderful stay of three nights in Raul's apartment in Xàbia. The communication in advance and during our stay was completely uncomplicated – we were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a relaxed stay. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful balcony, which was a pleasant retreat even on warm days thanks to sufficient shade. Another highlight was the two deck chairs, which you could comfortably take to the pool – a great addition! Xàbia itself absolutely delighted us: the sandy beach is fantastically beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the beach promenade offers many great restaurants with a direct view of the sea. In June, the place was pleasantly quiet and not crowded at all - perfect for relaxing. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place. Many thanks to Raul for the wonderful time!

It has undoubtedly been the best house we have stayed in since we have been making this trip with friends. Without a doubt, we will repeat every year that David lets us XD. Everything is just perfect: the house, location and the host. We stayed with our two daughters of 1 and 3, and had a great time. Everything that you need is there, the kids loved the toys and outside spaces (including the pool), and the beach and restaurants are a couple of minutes away. We have been to many Airbnbs, but almost none like this one. Will try to get back whenever we can.
