Holiday rentals with beach access in Capo d'Arco

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage bei Wilma in ihrem Apartment verbracht. Wunderbarer Blick von der Terrasse, einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen, bequeme Betten. Ausstattung mit italienischem Charme. Das wichtigste kann in einem kleinen Minimarkt in nahegelegenem Campingplatz eingekauft werden z. B. frische Brötchen. Sehr schöner nahe gelegener Strand mit Tauchschule, E-bike Verleih usw. 2 schöne Fußwege nach Capoliverie. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Grazie Wilma, Giovanni & Milly

appartamento in un contesto estremamente tranquillo e silenzioso; confortevole, ben equipaggiato, ottimo wifi, presenza di 1 solo condizionatore ma più che sufficiente a rendere la temperatura della casa perfetta soprattutto in questi giorni di intenso calore. presenza di una lavatrice "condominiale" estremamente utile. Smaltimento dei rifiuti differenziato semplice. Spiaggia in ciotoli a qualche centinaio di metri (strada piuttosto in pendenza non adatta a persone con problemi di salute/deambulazione o coppie con passeggini...a meno di non decidere di spostare la macchina ogni volta) Proprietari accoglienti, disponibili e riservati L'unica cosa che mancava per rendere perfetto l'appartemento sarebbe stato a mio avviso una piccola lavastoviglie. Per il resto super consigliato soprattutto a chi come noi in vacanza vuole stare lontano dalla baraonda

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend schön - man hat die Möglichkeit mit Blick aufs Meer zu grillen. Luca und seine Familie waren sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Super fanden wir auch die Möglichkeit Surfbretter und Kajaks zum Paddeln zu leihen und unser SUP unten am Strand zu lagern. Toll ist auch dass man Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme am Strand benutzen darf. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und sogar eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Vor allem die Ruhe und den Ausblick haben wir sehr genossen!

L'appartamento di Lorena è molto carino e super organizzato. È molto attenta a gli ospiti e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi e il paese. Super consigliato

Wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Besonders beeindruckend ist der Blick vom Schlafzimmer - das Rauschen der Wellen sorgt für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Jedenfalls in der Nebensaison war es herrlich ruhig. Der Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft war ein großer Pluspunkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbare Lage in einem lebhaften Dorf, das nicht nur touristisch ist. Traumhafte riesige Terrasse mit Sicht aufs Meer. Schöner Kiesel- und Felsstrand ganz nah. Einziger Makel: die Terrassenmöblierung wäre zu erneuern. Stühle und Bank fallen auseinander, ein Liegestuhl-Stoff zerriss. Der Sonnenschirm ist auch kaputt und zerfetzt. Auch die Wohnungstürschlösser funktionieren nicht alle.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem sehr großzügigen und sauberen Haus. Die kleine eher wenig besuchte Bucht ist direkt hinter der Unterkunft. Hier sollte man aber unbedingt an Schmimmschuhe denken, da sowohl am Strand als auch im Wasser große Kieselsteine vorhanden sind. Giacomo ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereitser Geasgeber gewesen und war jederzeit sehr gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank!

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von den Eltlnern von Jaccobo herzlich empfangen. Lorella war sehr hilfsbereit, was wir insbesondere schätzten als mein Freund mehrere Tage mit Fieber im Bett lag und einen Arzt aufsuchen mussten. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Sitzplatz gross und von fremden Blicken geschützt. Ruhige Lage ohne Strassenlärm.

Fede und Rosy sind wunderbare Gastgeber – herzlich, hilfsbereit und einfach sympathisch. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft schön, und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Wir konnten uns kaum sattsehen. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und wirkt wie aus einem Bilderbuch – ruhig, idyllisch und total romantisch. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal!

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermietern. Reibungslose und schnelle Kommunikation und sehr flexibel was die An- und Abreise angeht. Top Lage, nur circa 100 Meter bis zum Strand und eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Empfehlenswert für alle, die in Ruhe Urlaub machen und sich ausruhen wollen. Die Altstadt ist sehr belebt und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Am ersten Tag hat uns die Vermieterin sogar Wasser kalt gestellt und frische Croissants mitgebracht.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento tenuto benissimo e fornito, giardino splendido dal quale si riesce a vedere il mare, posizione comoda vicina al mare e al centro di Procchio. Sergio e la moglie hanno l'appuntamento al piano di sopra, sono sempre molto disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Laura’s flat was lovely - beautifully clean and well furnished but full of Italian character. The bed was really comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The shower was great! The flat is overlooking the main street and very close to all shops, 5 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from the station. This was perfect as it meant we didn't need to hire a car and we made several trips by train, to Pisa, Florence and Cecina, a nearby town which has a beautiful pine forest and quiet beach. Laura met us in person and was really friendly. I didn't want to come home!

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno nell’appartamento di Debora e Dario. Loro sono stati molto disponibili e ci sono venuti incontro sia con l’orario di check in che di check out! L’appartamento è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, ottimo quindi se si viaggia con bambini piccoli e c’è bisogno di fare avanti e indietro per evitare le ore più calde e spezzare la giornata! Apprezzata anche la terrazza, sempre ventilata e perfetta quindi per una cena all’aperto!

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral im Zentrum. Es gibt viele sehr gute Bars und Restaurants direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Massimo ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert, schnell und flexibel. Wir können Massimo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren Ende September eine Woche als Familie mit zwei Kindern in der Wohnung und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, mit einer schönen Sicht auf den Hafen und die Piazza. Die Piazza ist belebt, aber die Fenster neu und schliessen gut. Zudem geht eines der Schlafzimmer nach hinten auf eine ruhigere Gasse. Die Wohnung ist äusserst geräumig und stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist alles vorhanden, insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Blown away, we will be back many times

Gruppo di 6 ragazzi abbiamo soggiornato alla casa per tre notti e quattro giorni. La casa era pulita, con tutto il necessario sia per quanto riguarda lenzuola e asciugamani, che per la parte della cucina, che è molto fornita. Letti comodi in tutte le camere e i due bagni puliti con doccia ampie. La zona è ottima in quanto dista 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Marciana marina ed ha anche un accesso privato a una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi a 10 minuti. La parte fuori in giardino permette di cenare o pranzare fuori sotto il gazebo, con una vista sul mare veramente impagabile. Esperienza molto positiva che speriamo di ripetere in futuro, grazie anche alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dell’host. Rapporto qualità prezzo pazzesco.

Situata a 3 minuti dal mare, a pochi passi dal centro e in un quartiere carino e tranquillo. Mimmo un host gradevole e disponibile. Per noi che veniamo 2 o 3 volte lanno a Follonica, sarà tappa fissa

Die Wohnung war für uns als Familie sehr gut gelegen. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuche funktionieren zu Fuss. Die Wohnung ist äusserst liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Details stimmen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation ist immer prompt. Es waren für uns sehr schöne Ferien!
