Thank you so much for your great hospitality. We felt welcome from the first minute. It was a beautiful well-equipped apartment with 2 terraces. The garden was charming and has a nice swimming pool. It was a quiet and peaceful area and there was a beautiful view of Porto Azzurro. We greatly appreciated Paola's kindness and recommendations. Emmanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and were absolutely accommodating. The apartment offers a pleasant privacy with an idyllic garden and only a few meters to the beach with a bar. We had a heavenly week and can highly recommend the accommodation! Grazie mille per tutto!

We were very pleased. Perfect for a beach holiday. Clean modern apartment, good location. The city was also within walking distance. The architectural style is reminiscent of apartments such as those found in Center Park, for example. In June, it was still hot, but since you can only ventilate on one side and there is no draft and the building, unlike traditional Tuscan buildings with thick walls, does get quite charged towards evening, I think it would have been too hot for us in July August at 36 degrees or more in the apartment to be able to bear it. At 29 degrees in June, however, it was still okay. Otherwise, I could list countless things we liked, we were fully satisfied. Perfect hosts

My boyfriend and I stayed for five days and had a wonderful time! Nicoletta was super friendly and helpful and provided us with valuable tips and apps which helped us greatly with discovering the Island on our own. The appartment was absolutely spotless when we arrived and met all our demands. The area was very quiet and green and we had a fantastic time in consequence. Would recommend staying with her to anyone!

We only stayed 4 days in Angela's apartment but we would be happy to stay another week! Beautiful location in a quiet area (mid-May), in a few minutes on foot you can reach the beach, a few trails and in about ten minutes the village. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, car parking on the property. Angela is an accurate, very kind host. Two beautiful and quiet cats also stay in the gardens of the various apartments! It was great staying in this apartment, I would very much like to go back. Highly recommended

Beautiful apartment on 2 floors, quiet location, center of Porto Azzurro within a few minutes' walk. You have to bring towels and bed linen yourself, but otherwise there were a number of small things in the apartment (dishwashing detergent, sponge, dish towels, salt, pepper in the kitchen - soap, shampoo, toilet paper in the bathroom), which you often have to buy yourself at other accommodations. Beautiful private garden with parasol and sun loungers. Very good, trouble-free Wi-Fi connection. Also very good: the car is not in the blazing sun all day, but can be safely parked in a nearby, lockable single garage. Overall, the apartment was a very good choice!

Perfect place for vacation: location, view, restaurants, sea

Cozy, welcoming accommodation with excellent services. The strength is that it is located in the central area, a few steps from the nightlife, beaches, port and restaurants. However, it is located in a quiet, uncrowded internal street. Inside there was everything you needed for your stay and even more! All the features of the house and the information were clearly written on each object or device so as to make the stay excellent. Responsive and collaborative host for every need. Simple and comfortable apartment in a quiet complex, surrounded by the greenery of the Island of Elba. Chiara is very friendly and always available with useful tips on what to see and where to go. During this time, the island, with its crystal clear beaches and scenic trails, is ideal for those who love nature and the sea.

A wonderful stay. June month ideal to stay in Elba, as it is not too crowded. Ideal house for two people. Beautiful view from the terrace, equipped with a coffee table and chairs. Ability to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace enjoying beautiful sunsets and the singing of birds. The only drawback is the sofa bed with a thin and spring mattress that is uncomfortable for elderly or very heavy people. Easy to reach in about 20 minutes by car all the most beautiful beaches of Elba: Sansone, the Sorgenti, the lover, Fetovaia, Cavoli, Le Ghiaie. Bagnaia is very nice, with a nice children's playground, municipal relaxation area, supermarket and restaurants and several bars. Cute marina with the possibility of renting various types of boats. 10 minutes by car Portoferraio with many supermarkets and all kinds of goods.

The apartment is wonderful, surrounded by the sea on all sides with indescribable tranquility and peace. It is located in the center and it is very convenient to walk to the sea or activities and restaurants. In addition, Giuseppe was very kind and available to help us at every stage of the stay, from check-in to check-out. A wonderful person! I recommend anyone to stay here as much as possible, it's really worth it!

Beautiful apartment located in a private complex that includes several private villas in addition to the residence. Great amenities: pools, bars, pizzeria, restaurant all in the private park and reserved only for guests of the complex. Crystal clear sea. Apartment complete with every comfort. The only suggestion I would give is to understand in the price (relevant) also sheets and towels. see you soon. Laura and friends

We stayed in 4 with children aged 9 and 12 in the second week of July 2024. The apartment is spacious and well maintained with private parking space. It has two terraces that offer a wonderful view, pleasant and usable even during the day. It is equipped with almost everything (it lacks a dishwasher and the oven is not working but not bad). The apartment is located in a very well maintained and pleasant complex to walk around and is very quiet. It has practically no sandy beaches (there is not a small pebble) but offers points on the rock one more beautiful than the other with fairly simple water entrance in the high water, these can be reached with 5 mini walk. The pools are very nice, especially the savory one and in both there are bars. Nearby by car in 10 minutes you can reach Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need. Cristina was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

We stayed 9 days in Sabrinas wonderful apartment and felt like home. Everything was like in the description. It is very close to the restaurants, the harbour and the cultural life of Porto Azzurro. Like mentioned in the other comments it may take a 10min walk to find a parking space for free (like in most big cities) or some luck. :-) Sabrina and Tiziana are very kind persons, who made our stay very relaxed. Since this was our first stay on Elba, we would appreciate coming back here again. *clear recommondation*

Me, my wife and our two sons aged 5 and 8 had a chance to stay at Giuliana's place for 6 days. We did not expect the area to be so amazing. We did not expect such a view from the balcony, overlooking beautiful sea and tall trees around. Neither did we expect the apartment itself to be so spatious. It is worth mentioning that the apartment is located in the first line from the sea so in fact it is exactly the by sea. The interesting places around such as Porto Azzurro or Giardino restaurant can also be conveniently reached from Giuliana's place. WIthin the apartment area there are 4 pools, 2 for kids, and two regular pools. What I found really amazing was that the sea water pool was literally built on rocks. The floor in the pool is in fact rocks so you feel as if you were swimming in the sea once you are in the pool. Never have I seen anything similar before! Amazing.

A modern and clean apartment in perfect location just at the entrance to the old city centre of Castiglione. Lorenza was very nice and helpful. Little things like Airbnb logo at the entrance helps so much to facilitate the check-in. We cannot wait to go back again next summer.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's apartment on Elba. The place is very nice and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We were particularly impressed by the pool, which is super well maintained and a real eye-catcher. The house itself is also in excellent condition and is obviously well maintained. Andrea as a host was always friendly and helpful. He was always on hand when needed and made us feel welcome. His commitment and care made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we give 5 out of 5 stars and can highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a relaxing and beautiful time on Elba.

A great place in lovely surroundings. Very authentic.

Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Chris, we would love to come back to your oasis and can hardly imagine Elba without you. Love B+S
