Comfortable townhouse in a charming town. Good home base with all the necessary amenities for a traveler.

I have to say this is THE BEST Airbnb in the area if you’re skiing Stratton. The house itself was everything you need, spacious, clean, well stocked., designed and decorated with a beautiful taste. The beds were large and comfy, shower pressure perfectly strong, heater fast and functional. The location was convenient too, with easy access to the shops and restaurants in Manchester. Paul was a wonderful host and very helpful. We definitely would love to come back in the near future.

Great stay at Fabio’s Home in Prattsville, we were looking for a remote location away from the city. We were working from home, Internet was fast which is not common in the area. Home was recently renovated: kitchen, common areas and bathrooms. Since we only needed 2 bedrooms, we decided to use the ones located upstairs vs the one that is on the garage level. Kitchen is equipped with anything one needs, the outdoor grills are a great option. We had a snow day and the scenery was beautiful.

Laurie’s townhouse was perfect for my wife and I’s long weekend in the mountains. Incredibly convenient to Gore mountain for snowboarding (6 minute drive) and walkable to some fun restaurants and bar (Barking Spider was a fun spot!). The townhouse was incredibly clean and came exactly as described. We had a great time and absolutely hope to come back soon!

The townhouse was perfect for a summer weekend getaway with the guys! It had the perfect layout, with plenty of space for everyone to comfortably cook, eat, sleep and relax while enjoying the gorgeous views of Hunter Mountain. Kitchen was stocked with all the cookware one could desire. Having two full bathrooms was extremely great, even given the downstairs one’s smaller size. And having two patios/balconies to take in the views of the mountain was amazing. The split heating/cooling units worked as hoped in all of the bedrooms and the beds were all comfortable and clean. The multiple bins of DVDs, along with the board games, were a fun and fantastic addition to the space. I would highly recommend staying here and would do it again in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely stay with Rich and Sheila. The upstairs and downstairs layout worked well for our group. (Single parent and child in each apartment). We shared our meals in the downstairs dinning room, with a full kitchen. The apartment was cleaned, had all the amenities and more. We really appreciated this place had washing machine and dryer. The surrounding environment is lovely, with lush green (August), beautiful creek and flowers. Kids enjoyed the pool very much. Both Rich and Sheila are gracious host!

We had a lovely Summer rental at Tracy and Mike's townhouse in Windham. They are lovely people who are very responsive and friendly. The house is accurately described. It's very comfortable, clean and convenient. We would be happy to return, and plan to do so next season.

The town and home had such a warm and cozy feel to them. Maureen was responsive and sweet. It was a plus to be have everything we needed to cook some delicious meal.

I stayed with my family of 4 here for a week and it was lovely. We had more than enough room, it was very clean and updated with everything you could need. Chris,our host, was great and very accommodating to our family. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!

Really fantastic property. The house is beautiful and very well kept. The owner’s honored the integrity of the farmhouse while the modern updated amenities make it a perfectly livable space. You’ll find privacy and peace in the back yard. The location is unbeatable. A must stay for Woodstock. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were in Saratoga Springs for the weekend for the Dave Matthews Band concerts at SPAC. This was just the perfect place to stay. Firstly, it was an easy 18 min walk to and from SPAC. We were able to avoid the hassles of both paying for parking and navigating our way out of said parking lot afterwards. Secondly, this townhouse is gorgeous. Immaculately clean, well appointed and tastefully decorated. We were greeted with chilled bottles of water in the refrigerator. The refrigerator does have ice & water in the door, as well. The bath towels were thick & thirsty and the bed was, oh so, comfortable! These two things are a rare find in Airbnb’s, it seems. It was a welcome experience after two long days. The 2nd floor laundry was quite handy. Ralph was quick to respond to messages, though the only communication we exchanged were compliments because everything was perfect and we had everything we needed. We hope to return for the next DMB concert weekend

The condo was as described. Very comfortable and peaceful. Great skiing and hiking not far from the condo. Andy was very responsive.

A nice place with a 1 mile walk to SPAC. Very new but with the noisiest staircase! Had a very good time.

What a great stay! Michaels home is exactly like the listing. Very clean and comfortable for two couples. We will definitely come back when we return to Saratoga Springs.

Had a great but short stay in Saratoga, very nice location the city and the parks. A+ host and accommodations.

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The house was as shown on the website, beautiful, clean, and roomy. The kitchen had all the supplies you would need for cooking. Perfect place for a Lake George vacation in the summer. The HVAC was a little tricky to maneuver. The temperature dropped, and we had challenges with heating in the lower bedrooms. Mark responded and sent maintenance to assist us, and all was well.

House was spacious which was nice for our large family. We didnt feel on top of each other. Guests should be aware that while there is off street parking - the driveway between houses is tiny. Our minivan had three inches of clearance on either side. Host was very responsive.

We had a peaceful stay at Sheri's beautifully decorated townhouse, and appreciated all the attention to detail - from the coat rack and bench at the entrance to the night lights along the hallways and around the tall staircase. These little things were so helpful for my elderly parents, and we felt right at home during our short stay. Thank you!

We were in town for several reasons, a wedding, a graduation and a deployment. The townhouse was exactly what we needed to accomplish and accommodate all that we needed to do.

we needed a nice cozy place to stay to attend a wedding at the Manor and this was the perfect place. The kids loved it.

Great Place, Convenient to Restaurants and other amenities around the area. Would definitely stay again.
