Staying at this Airbnb felt like a true escape. The location couldn't have been better – being mere steps from the beach was such a treat, allowing for spontaneous walks and the calming sound of the waves. It was wonderful to find such a genuinely dog-friendly place; my pups absolutely loved it, which made the stay even more enjoyable for me. The entire atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and I found the off-season to be a particularly lovely time to visit, with beautiful weather and a sense of peacefulness. The property itself had everything I could possibly need, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. Amy was fantastic – always communicative and helpful, ensuring a smooth and easy stay. While there were plenty of options for things to do in the area, I also appreciated the opportunity to simply unwind and work remotely in such a serene setting. The upper deck was my favorite spot for getting sun many hours of the day. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs and this is a favorite!

We so enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful home! It was the perfect get away and very kid friendly! The backyard is fenced and the whole place is clean and nicely decorated! About 15 minutes to the beach and 25 minutes to downtown, overall a wonderful stay! 5/5

This was an absolutely perfect Topsail vacation home! We loved every minute of our stay. The location is absolutely fantastic. So close to the little local shops and restaurants as well as super close to the bridge going over to the mainland.. The house itself was spotless and quite comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook full meals. Plenty of kitchenware for our group of seven. Proximity to the beach is by far the most fantastic detail of this house! The little private sandy beach *yard* attached to the deck is awesome for kids and the beach itself just down a few steps is so amazing. We could even sit in bed and see the ocean waves! This is the best house with beach access and views we've stayed at in Topsail. Also positive to note, the entire property being fenced in felt incredibly safe for kids and was fantastic for our dog. We realized the apartment was a part of the rental unit and we were so pleasantly surprised! It was a great separate space! Overall highly recommend!

It was asolutely beautiful here! after booking, we were so excited to hear they installed extras on the property and we got to enjoy a fire pit as well as the jacuzzi. easy drive to the beach and local stores and shops to entertain everyone. I would definitely come back with my littles next time, there was a lot to accommodate children! the only issue I had was unlocking the door and even though it was 1am, I was able to get someone on the phone to let me inside. wonderful stay!! 10/10

We loved our stay at the Cute House. The decor was so cute, and we enjoyed the record player and paintings. The kitchen had all we needed to make meals there. The backyard was beautiful and we loved the hot tub! 10/10 place.

I absolutely adore this cute little beach house. It was a perfect best friend get away. I felt like I was staging in a beach cottage straight off hgtv. My only suggestion is a full length mirror for the females! Definitely would stay here again.

Upon arrival I imagined the house being a cute cottage near the beach. However the house is designed very open and felt really big! It also has a huge backyard, so you could bring a pet. The house is maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach and is on a very quiet street. Angela is a phenomenal host who was able to accommodate us for some technical errors that occurred at the house. I will definitely plan my next stay here if the house is available.

Incredibly friendly and courteous host, who included not only the basic amenities, but coffee/tea, body wash/shampoo, water filtration pitcher, and herbs/spices. Our host kept in contact throughout the stay with helpful info about the location. Great location, within walking distance of historic houses, museums, shops, and the river, but in an easily accessible area with very light vehicle traffic. A short drive from Wal-Mart, the ocean, the boardwalk, as well as just about any kind of restaurant you could think of.

Cottage 3 is located in the back of property and has a small fenced yard where you can let the dogs use the bathroom. Be aware other guests may also use the yard which takes away some of the privacy as it’s about 15ft away from your door. Perfect location, you never really need your car as you are within a 5-10 minute walk to the boardwalk. The space is fine for 2 adults and 2 dogs, if you will mostly be out and about. It was perfect for our beach trip 👍

Great location - near UNCW, Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington. Very clean, great fully fenced yard, flexible with check in, and all beds are very comfortable! Definitely recommend!

My wife and I as well as our 2 kids and our pittie Mama loved our stay. it's the perfect spot for those with a furry family member. Right at the lake and the beach. We plan to save Lisa's place for possible future trips. Be sure to check out the dog photo book of all of the four legged guests when you stay. ❤️

Lovely house in a beautiful setting with a big yard and enchanting forest around it. The house was very clean and well appointed with everything one would need. Very comfortable beds. We were just passing through and stayed one night. We would have liked to explore the area, but maybe we’ll come back. Wanda provided all information about the house and the area and left snacks and coffee.

We loved the location and as others have mentioned the bathroom is amazing. Perfect spot for a few days at the beach and we would definitely stay again.

If you are looking for a very clean, well kept, fully stocked and cozy home, then this is the place that you need to book. Jenn is a wonderful host and her communication is very timely. There was a storm the week of our stay that ended up putting us one day behind due to flooding. Jenn was very accommodating and quickly refunded one night for us. She could not get to the house to clean due to flooding but asked a friend to assist. We were able to get to the house the very next day and start our vacation. The house is stocked with extra beach chairs, bikes, an outdoor grill, toiletries and any kitchen item that you may need. Jenn was thoughtful enough to have bottled water in the fridge incase you had a long trip. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating on the patio. Under the house she has swings where you can enjoy the beach weather and beautiful views of the marsh. Our family has already planned on coming back again next year. We booked this home to celebrate my mom’s life, as we lost her in March. Carolina Beach was her favorite place (and she visited the entire country) so it felt right. This place was decorated just as she would have liked and was in an ideal location. Close enough to the beach for my 4 year old to walk without complaint but not in a noisy or busy area. Also within 5 minutes of all the major restaurants and attractions! Beautiful and ideal location ❤️

The cottage was absolutely perfect, it felt like home from the moment we walked in. So peaceful and private, with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. We especially loved the outdoor shower and the back porch; the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. The fenced-in backyard was a huge plus for our family, and the quiet neighborhood made everything feel calm and restful. The beach was just a short, easy walk away, and the directions provided by the host made it even more enjoyable. My husband and I just returned from our second stay at One Beachin' Cottage for a long Memorial Day weekend. The cottage is comfy & we appreciate that it's pet friendly. Although the street where the Cottage is quiet and fairly traffic-free, it's walkable to the beach, restaurants, and the boardwalk. We appreciated how close it is to the Tiki Bar, The Spot, and the Veggie Wagon. We will definitely be back!

This was by far the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The owner thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. So many little extras and perks that weren’t even mentioned in the description. The photos don’t do it justice! The back covered porch is really large and the views from it are wonderful. And the front porch is very spacious also, with nice benches lining the sides that would seat a lot of people. Just a few steps and you’re on the walkway to the beach also! The furniture in the living room, and the beds, are amazingly comfortable. The outdoor shower is really nice - so spacious and clean! The owner is very nice and super responsive. He really does care about you having a nice stay in his lovely home!
