Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cape Fear River

This is a beautiful condo and perfectly located for a beach vacation! The unit was comfortably furnished, and the bathroom and kitchen were thoughtfully stocked. Jeanette is an excellent host and clearly communicated throughout the process. I will definitely come back soon!

I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a calm and relaxing environment in North Myrtle Beach! This unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, allowing our group to feel right at home. The view from the balcony is stunning and the inside of the place itself is lovely. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach! It is conveniently close to a grocery store and several other restaurants, making it an ideal spot for an extended stay. Ervisa, as well as her partner Jon, were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. She also provided me with her number, ensuring she was always available to answer any questions I had! Overall, a 10/10 experience and I would absolutely book this rental again in the future :).

Beautiful, cozy and so homey. I would stay here for months. It will be my go-to place to stay every visit to see my daughter who lives in the area. I loved the view, the walks on the Riverwalk and downtown. I worked from here and it was perfect.

Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

Amy and her husband Weibe were very helpful and friendly. Perfect location for 2 weeeks of cycling in North Carolina. The dogs 🐕, cats 🐈 and horses 🐎 were great and always there to greet us ... of course feeding them helped them warm up to us.

This home has everything you need for a relaxing coastal stay. The beautiful deck with Adirondack chairs is perfect for watching the waves and enjoying a cocktail. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials (like a peeler and bottle opener), which made it easy to cook meals for our family of five. The TV setup worked great for a cozy family movie night. We brought our own beach toys and chairs, but it would be a nice touch if the property offered some for guest use. The outdoor shower, easy parking and laundry downstairs completed the package! We only stayed one night but definitely would come back for longer. The beach here is gorgeous!

We loved our stay here! I’m an interior designer, and I appreciated the thought that went into the design and comfort of this space. We had everything we needed. This will be our go to home when visiting family. 10 stars if I could!!

Alex was a great host! The space was amazing very clean and the pool was perfect! Loved the tv on the back patio! Even provided fire wood, there were pool toys and floaties. Everything you could need was there!

Our family of 6 with young adult and teen kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay.! The house is new, beautiful, clean, and is the perfect mix of home and resort. We enjoyed family game nights, meditative mornings on the balcony, comfortable space for all, and all we would need for days at the beach. April is an extremely responsive host and created a home that anticipated all of our needs.

We stayed at this home for a long weekend getaway. We were in town for a race at the drag way and had an awesome time! The house was clean, has everything we needed, host was friendly and responsive, and the amenities (especially the putting green) kept us very entertained. Thank you, Crystal for an awesome stay!

this was a wonderful little getaway for my fiance and I! wish the weather would have been a bit better so we could have enjoyed the pool. we were able to easily find the home and enter. it smelt amazing as soon as we walked in. everything was so clean and in it's place. the shower was very nice and the bed so comfy. also we enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. This is a very nice home and we will stay again when the weather is warmer. didn't have any issues so we didn't have to call the host. we did let her know when we left so they could start the cleaning process. she was so nice and wished us safe travels!

We had an amazing stay! The home was new, clean and beautiful! There was plenty of room, especially with the decks! It met our needs perfectly! We loved all of the activities in the fun yard! It was the best one in the area! We also enjoyed how close we were to the beach! Drew responded quickly to my questions before our stay, which I really appreciated. He was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, if we vacation in Oak Island in the future.

We loved staying at Leila’s place. It was right in the center of everything, yet private enough for us to hang out without worries of being disturbed by the late night activities. It was perfect for everything we needed

We had an amazing stay at Harmony’s place! It was super clean, incredible views of the ocean and watching the sunsets each night. The place was beautifully decorated and up to date appliances, everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds and pillow were a plus. We loved how easy it was to walk right out to the beach. Having two young kids, it was awesome to have beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrella and MORE all provided! Short walk to the pier for food at Koko Cabana and Ruby’s coffee. We hope to make Oak Island our family spot each year and will book this condo again!

This is the perfect location in Wilmington’s historic district. Lots of great restaurants and attractions that are within walking distance. The view of the river and the battleship were beautiful. There were a few issues during our stay but Aaron was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Anne is a great host. The property is right at the beach. She provides soap, starter trash bags, dish detergent, you name it. Even coffee pods! She gives recommendations and is quick to respond. Great place.

Overall made for a great stay, it’s was perfect and met all expectations. The hosts were also very friendly and quick to respond. I would recommend staying here for sure. It was also great walking distance to everything around us and made for a great view off the balcony:)

My husband and I loved our trip to Shelley’s place and visiting the island! 🩷It was such a nice, quiet place to stay, you can see the ocean out of the back door, and condo is within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants and ice cream shops. We will definitely be back to visit again!
